S.This place is top quality in my opinion and they always deliver. The food is delicious and I always find myself ordering a chicken burger. The chicken itself tastes fresh as do the other items and the sauce inside the burgers are made by the owners. Prices are absolutely fair, and the service provided never disappoints. It is hard to find somewhere this good, so for that reason I highly recommend Charcoal Chicken and Burger.

V.Excellent quality chicken, moist, lovely flavour, and generous. I have had Hot Chick many times in Napier, and this is in my opinion superior.

G.Fantastic place to get something to eat (takeaway) - roast chicken (out of this world), chicken wraps, burgers - to ensure you get a roast chicken be there by midday or order the night before. Chicken is charcoal grilled on a rotisserie in store adding to the experience. Burgers are massive! Visited on multiple occasions and the quality has been maintained every time. Well priced and owners are very friendly.
K.Super yum and excellent value!!! Not sure about the clear covid masks they were wearing however. I could be wrong but they didnt look very effective.

A.Definitely will come back. Staff are friendly as and gave us a bottle of sweet tomato sauce to enjoy with our chips, which were great by the way, good portion size, massive portion of chips compared to the likes of burger fuel. Got the Chicken Flame burger and the Quarter Pounder burger. If you're hungry, definitely get these they are huge! Highly recommended this place!
