M.I wish I can give you guys more than 5 stars. Food flavor is so unique. This is my first time trying this shop as well as Filipino food. Kinda amazing what you guys doing. Ordered few dishes and all of them are spot on. Beef one got a unique smell. It's little bit weird but taste is superb. Very reasonable price. Hope you guys can open more branches 🤞.Definitely deserves more than 5 stars. Friendly staff and beautiful shop with great vibe. 🤩
P.Incredible food! It all looked so nice we couldn't decide what to get, so we ordered 4 different dishes. They were all delicious and an experience in themselves! The staff (or owners) were really friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was really nice! We'd drive out of our way to come here again.

S.This is an food venue we come to regularly. What was am amazing food truck has now spread its wings to have a brick and mortar location.
The food is simply one stunning; it is a place for takeaways (as its only small) and its recommended heading to the store to order instead of calling through.
Friendly staff, delicious food and not expensive.
Just be warned though...
If you try it... you will be hooked!

J.My god that was tasty. First time customer as have been meaning to try it out for a while. I thought the layout of the front of the shop and kitchen was lovely and made you feel instantly welcome. The lady at the front counter, I didn't get your name, but you guided us through the menu wonderfully and made our choices easy even saying what meals could have nuts replaced or taken out of them as my partner wouldn't eat nuts, but I do and I was glad I got the beef. Once we got home the meal was super tasty. Loved the purple icecream . The spring rolls were such a delight of flavours to start our meal. Will be back for sure. Please tell all your staff that they are doing a great job

Food was amazing, service was amazing, portions were just right and last but not least it is well priced! For a couple living on a strict budget with small luxuries here and there I am pleased to say that this place was well worth the extra shift at work!

R.We popped in here for a late lunch after visiting Muriwai and the food was DELICIOUS! So full of flavour and really filling. Loved their take on the classic Siu Mai. Will definitely be coming back on our next visit out West. No photos coz we were too hungry and devoured it before we could even think about opening up the camera app 😂
S.We are so lucky to have this restaurant as a local. The Adobo del Diablo is one of the best meals I have ever had as take out. Beautiful people too. Such a warm and friendly place run by people who are passionate about what they do.

J.Initially was extremely hesitant after reviewing their instagram and seeing posts about catering to the unvaccinated and C19 naysayers. However, upon further thought- it appears the Hapunan is aware of its local population in Huapai and is forced into a difficult situation to balance. The only feedback I'd give is be more strict in the amount of people entering at one given time- I waited outside until the person before me left, and as I entered to pick up my phone order 5 people followed me in making it very cramped in a small area. Otherwise all other C19 protocols are top notch- thank you.
Foodwise- I will premise this review saying that we are both pinoys who grew up with the cuisine.
The lumpia tasted very genuine and the shrimp was lovely. The mains; beef KareKare and Adobo, were both enjoyable even though very western in nature. I think you guys have done a great job to turn our cuisine into western-fusion-street-food style. Best Ube Ice cream I've tasted in New Zealand so far. Great job :) will be back.
