J.Love Five Star. Easily the best fish and chips in Levin. Crumbed fish and battered fish beautiful and crispy without being overcooked. Half a scoop of chips here is perfect for one. Great with a beer, some sauce and a bit of bread and butter on a weekend night!

Z.Goods - Fresh fish, chips are not good, great menu choices, decent serving sizes, clean shop with dated interior, average pricing.
Location - easy free on street parking, milkshakes available from the dairy next door, not somewhere to dine-in.
Service - standard customer service, phone order recommended at peak times, older woman takes pride in her food preparation and packaging which means the batter doesn't come off fish on everything 👌 not that younger lot though lol.
Return? - Yes, for the selection and fish quality.
K.Nice staff, huge wait...1hr 15 via phone order. Chips average, bit soggy, sausage soggy, potato fritters undercooked and hard with mushy batter. Crumbed fish was nice. Probably wouldn't go back.

A.First time visiting here. I did like the staff, they were very friendly. They were busy and seemed to have it under control. The fish was fresh. They have a good selection of family packs. Pretty good.

N.Usually this place is awesome and was the only fish and chip shop in Levin I liked but the last 3 or so times I've been there the fish & chips has been soggy and I got that deep fried cheese thing that was cold and solid on the inside piping hot on the outside. Maybe it's just the nights I go on but it's been pretty disappointing lately.
B.Good but inconsistent. On a good day they may be the best fish and chip in Levin. Unfortunately my stock rate has been less that 50%.
The staff are passable but not super friendly.

N.Today a worker severed me she was short long blonde hair young lady. She has amazing customer service skills. Had a huge smile on her face that lit the room. I think because of her i will re visit this takeaways store. Personally I am very proud of the way she works at such a young age. a pay rise.
