The place is clean and tidy. They seem to be faster with orders in the drive through, I ordered a burger on its own and ended up waiting for nearly an hour, but I saw 7 cars go through while I was waiting. Over all the burgers are nice and taste way fresher than most places like McDonalds. Burger King does seem to be under staffed so that may also be the reason orders take so long.

The BK Whopper Rebel burger in the High Street Lower Hutt branch was awful!! The meat pattie looked horrible and stale!! In fact it looked like a piece of sawdust cardboard!!😣 However the Fries looked nice and golden, and really yummy and hot!! 😁

Very good burgers, f you are vegetarian then try Rebel Chook veget. For take aways you have to wait a little bit longer especially on week ends but trust it it will be worth it

It was okay. The drink machine had no ice, on top of that, the drink itself was luke warm. So a warm, unfizzy fizzy drink didn't go well with my meal. I had a BK chicken though, which was delicious. Environment was lame, bunch of punk MF kids with their scooters. Oh well, BK can't help that. There was also a couple having a domestic, with their baby in a shopping trolley at one of the tables. That's the Hutt for you though. Pros: Burger was good. Staff were friendly. Cons: Drink was flat/warm. Chips weren't fresh or salty. Riff Raff wasn't pleasant to dine with. Overall, a 4/10 experience.

Service a bit slow today. Not many in store but a lot in drive through. Shop was very messy no one cleaning up. Food all over floor tables not cleaned. Chips over cooked, sundae very watery. Worse I've ever had.

Their deals are great value; the food was good and hot, and the service fast and courteous. We did however just ducked the busy dinner peak period by 20 minutes. The premise was inviting: it was clean and bright, not crowded nor greasy and still the "new shiny thing" it was when it first opened. There was no shortage of parking and the "takeaway" cars rolled steadily past at peak times; obviously service was fast enough to keep the queue flowing smoothly. Where fast-food joints are concerned, BK High Street, is doing well.

It's Burger King, service quality is dependent on current attitude of the staff. Wasn't the best service on my visit this time round. Also wasn't the worst. Food quality this visit was... Well, it is BK, So, yeah. A little heavy on the grease and the chips had been sitting too long under the heatlamp. Otherwise, everything you would expect from Burger King.

Just your usual Burger King, nothing outstanding or significantly negative. Few times they seem to be understaffed and have seen a lot of people waiting for 15-20 minutes but this location seems generally relaxed. Drive-thru is a bit annoying due to the car dealership next door having their 300+ cars all over the place.

Most of the time we go here they don't get the order correct. It's either missing items or customisations aren't correct. You need to be careful getting drive through and check the order before driving away from the window. One time we were given the completely wrong order!

Great place for watching unusual people, much like the KFC nearby, the rush can't be predicted. The counter is usually slow, but the kitchen is usually fairly snappy. The tables are filthy, but the stunner meals are a great way to get fat for less. I've noticed the ice is also broken on the drinks machine, closing the gap on the KFC, which has been broken for months. 7 out of 9.

Despite it taking quite a long time for food to be prepared, the quality of the burgers is just rubbish. I had the same burger at the Lambton Quay store and it was just made so much better, meat patties were juicy not dry, burger looked pretty much like the on screen image. But the Lower Hutt branch...just dont expect quality (to the extent that BK can be considered quality)...

Food is decent in terms of fast food and it is given to customers in good time, although I would say McDonald's is still faster. The indoor premises is far too small, there is simply not enough seating at all for larger groups. There's a very small arcade and no playground, so if you have children they might get bored.

The computers were down and the ice cream machine wasn't working but we got the most amazing service from Sina. She was polite, happy and helpful. She was clearly a bit stressed but never lost her smile or lovely attitude. Things go wrong but she handled it beautifully!! Great service.

Only thing I'd mark it down for is the shoestring fries. Burger King in most parts of the world (and Hungry Jacks, its name in Australia) has better fries, more the size of the ones you'll find in KFC stores in NZ. Beyond that, though, the food is good. Decent burger range, standard drink choices, nice dessert options. Pricing ain't bad - a little more expensive than McDonalds - I would recommend this over most fast food outlets.

Generally my experience at Burger 👸King🤴 has been ok when you order at the counter they asked if you want it take away or eaten lately they've been getting it around the wrong way plus quite often the food is coming out 🥶Cold and lukewarm which I will the keeping an eye on next time I order and maybe have a little bit of a chinwag to find out what's going on all first 🌎world problems at least we don't go hungry in New Zealand this is why I've given them a 4⭐ and not a 5⭐

The BK was near the hospital end of High street in Lower hutt. The place was bright, clean and well patronized. The meal was good and I left with a full stomach.
