Very disappointed with the serving at the store. I worked for Homestead chicken years ago and if you had a small portion like these you would put in an extra piece to make it up. Potatoe and gravy seem to be getting less and less in the container. Used to be full now mainly 3/4. They need to get a staff member to be cleaning the tables. 3 times I saw customers ask staff to help clean up. And don't blame being busy. Get more staff on at peak times. If you are the manager and can't read the play then you don't deserve to be a manager. Rating 3.

I like KFC Lower Hutt it's a Great Store But it can be very disappointing when you get home etc & they haven't given what you ordered Today Xmas 2021 ordered Large Potato & Gravy NO POTATO # I gave the Guy at the Counter 2 different orders Got the Receipt & question it Guy said Everything is fine It WASN'T Supervisor sorted things out YOU MUST CHECK EVERYTHING IS CORRECT before you leave

For such a busy place inside as well as the 'drive through' the wait wasnt that long. Service was great considering they had a trainee taking the orders & crowds kept coming. Best tasty succulent KFC ive tasted in a very long time!
