I.Beautiful food. I would highly recommend a fish burger. This photo has not been altered put straight on the plate. I don’t know why people still go to the other International place, their burgers aren’t even real.
Come and try a burger from King Kiwi, I think you will never go back to the other place.

L.Lady owners nice, husband bit of a grouch. Chicken here is usually fresh crunchy need to drain longer but value for money dinner box only $12.00 4 pieces of large chicken and chips, my go to when really hungry.

B.Finally. NZ fish and chips (from King Kiwi) you have redeemed yourself!
After 10 years away in Oz, you always think NZ FnC is next level in comparison to Oz - but living here, having it whenever I want. Most fish is way small for the price, most are oily - but NOT AT KING KIWI.
And the burgers are huge and tasty.
It was a pleasant surprise to go to there expecting KFC (coz they are in the old Naenae KFC building), and getting delicious King Kiwi with happy customer service to boot!
See you again soon.
M.Their fish and chips are wonderful and they have different salt options, but I got a super king chicken burger (like, $9-11, I forgot) and the chicken was soggy and awful and somehow sweet?? And the burger ingredients were substandard for price. I don't get their burgers anymore but I heard their beef ones are a lot letter
A.Easy to access on a main road with handy drive through pickup of phone orders. Staff are pleasant and it is obviously a family business. The batter on the fish is usually crisp, the fish is fresh and the takeaway trays and bags they serve food in stop the food getting soggy. Recommend.

A.Deceptively amazing. Sure the decor and interior is simple but it's clean. The real show stopper is the Super King Burgers. They are gigantic and only around $8 a pop! This was definitely not a disappointment! Nothing too fancy but it made you full!

C.I love their chicken. The batter is crispy and the chicken is always cooked perfectly. The Lady behind the counter is super friendly and loves engaging with the customer. Back to the chicken. The pieces are massive. I think one piece of King Kiwi chicken is equal to 3 pieces of Kentucky Fried Chicken. The prices are great and the menu has a good mixture to keep the fussiest person happy. Make sure you try their coleslaw.
T.Nice big burgers. The fish burgers in particular are massive. Chicken salt on the chips (nice and crunchy). You won't be hungry after a stop here.

J.I've heard from a friend that thier food was abit average but to believe it i gave it a go. The service and fish n chips i got was crispy and near perfect in my opinion. 2nd time i took the time to check out the cooking area and i might add its clean and a place i would revisit again. My burger was out of this world. Smells and taste fresh n yummy. The service was magic. Ill reserve the 5th star for the next visit provided the consistency remains top notch which im positive it will. Watch this space.
C.I LOVE THIS PLACE. They're so lovely and everything is cooked fast and fresh. You can call and pick up or even go through the drive thru. Such good prices. I've definitely become a regular which is unhealthy but I love it. KING KIWI
f.First time visiting here since driving by a zillion times.
Deep fry using generic chips and other nothing special items par for the course but decent enough.
Burgers on the other hand are fantasic...real juicy meat patties and kingsize selection range is magnificent..Bacon & egg highly rated.
Definatly return here again.
J.It was a good meal with my 5 work clients and had combo deals. But my only concern was the door in that rainy weather, v couldn't get to open it fully with one of my client in a wheelchair. But later we had to see the staff to open it for us forcefully as it was harder to get my client out.

S.It's the old KFC building and is great to see the building has been repurposed for a fish n chip shop, their king burgers are huge and the meals are reasonable but can be a but slow on the service. The food is good, would go back again.
