h.Presentation of the food seems to depend on what hour you visit, other than that really fantastic place. Burgers are always hot, and the price is fair.

N. N.It's maccas. I will say that the staff are always helpful, lovely and food is fresh, unlike Lower Hutt.
T. H.Food is average at best. Sometimes really lovely and hot and other times only warm. Burger was thrown together and way too much sauce in it. And I love sauce in my burger. This is what poured out of my burger while eating it. Sometimes the service is amazing and then slips at times with one worker in particular. . Toilets are not the cleanest either unfortunately. The floor by drink machines and fryers looked so slippery.

(.Ok service long to short wait times it usually wait time in the drive thru is a mixed bag it can take 5 minites to 40 minutes depending on what time you come in and what you order food comes out ok got sick from eating there once also we sometimes dont get what i order for example today i got a fanta instead of a strawberry fanta overall a decent establishment in my opinion could be better could be worse but you know there's really no other competitors so yea over all my exact rating is a 3.8

From the young lady who served us the young man who was cleaning and the young lady who brought pur meal out to us .

H. M.Small McDonald's located in Wainuiomata. Small playground and small service area. Fair amount of seating. Drive through available. Prices and food range typical for McDonald's. Service seemed ok.
K. M.This place is usually pretty good. Just make sure you check your order before driving off when you use the drive through. They sometimes leave things out or get your order wrong. Tonight we ordered a classic share box and they left out a Big Mac. Not the first time things have been missing from my order.
S. D.I visit the Wainuiomata McDonald's and they're fairly decent and quite quick. Food is absolutely fine. One guy there has impeccable customer service! Everyone else could be a little better in their approach to customers though.

I am 80 yrs old and had a meal in McDonalds,Wainuiomata last night.
I was served by a young girl with glasses and Her Customer Service was beyond reproach.
She even offered to carry my tray to a table. How many young people do that
I hope McDonalds give her Employee of the week to acknowledge her awesome Customer Service

J.Always like stepping into a game of Russian Roulette when you go to a McDonald's these days, never know if you are going to get what you want or just a disappointing mess.
Maccas Wainuiomata is no different, and in this instance, we got what we wanted.
A little concerning seeing the staff slide around the kitchen like it was an ice rink, but apart from that, good job all round.
Food was fresh and pretty well made. Chips weren't cold pieces of playdoh.
S.Very nice exterior and clean inside apart from one dirty table.. unsure why our food took awhile to come out as there wasn't anyone else there.

J. P.I ordered a 'large' double cheese combo for my daughter tonight and asked if they had shaker fries oh 'yes' and forgot to put sachet in.
I phoned and talked to a manager and she said to come in and I was given a replacement order with an extra burger😅 cheers, all is forgiven, you guys and gals work so hard and are the quickest Macdonalds in NZ no doubt!
