Very friendly staff...really enjoyed the meal.. the front counter lady who served me was very helpful

It's a rare that I meet someone who can run a counter, seating guests to tables, being a waitress and still be come across a genuine people person during during peak hour roster. Jenifer.W thanks so much for making my experience at Nando's the best I have ever seen, and experienced. Being professional under pressure during peak hour, you smiled and still went the extra mile. Working in the hospitality industry my self, having been a manager for several restaurant chains, and now hiring staff at Wallaceville House Wedding Venue) give us a call :-)

Good food. Good service. But sauce bottles seems to be so messy, don't feel like touching it. No one cleane these bottles. So feels bit of hygiene issue here as people use these bottles while eating.

Nice atmosphere combined with good food. Not the place to go if you want to have some peace though - it's pretty noisy, as it is situated in the mall. Would recommend.

Came Sunday for some cheeky nandos with the family nice to see it was busy means food is good! waitress was very bubbly and welcoming gave a good atmosphere to the place and food was an a+ will definitely be returning !!

It's much better than Courtney Place Nando's. The one in Wellington always has small flys in it. I have complained to staff there many times but nothing ever changes where as the Lower Hutt one is much better eg: No Flys

Amazing. Wonderful staff and food. My fave are the wings and tenders. We had a great time and were treated extremely well. Highly recommend. We missed not having wings on the menu. We a family of 4 we prefer to get the sharing plates and we so glad it was on the menu again. The food was so tasty and we thoroughly enjoyed the Nandos experience!!!
