J.The staff at your Masterton store are absolutely fantastic! But your phone ordering system is a joke. Why am I being put through to a Phillipino call centre just to order a kebab from my local store? What's even more frustrating is I gave my order as clearly and articulately as anyone possibly could. THREE times. And she still had the had the nerve to repeat what I had already said 3 times to "confirm it"...
A.Absolutely love this place! the food is delicious, definitely the best Kebabs in the Wellington & Greater Wellington regions. Staff are always friendly, easy to order online, no need for credit card BS, can pay at the counter after you order online which is quiet convenient
A.The food potion were pretty much large and the place was clean. Staff needs to be more cheerful though.

H.I stuffed up my order by not reading the description and ordered something I couldn't eat due to my dietry requirements, they were so generous and replaced my meal even though it was my fault I didn't tell them I was dairy and gluten free - so helpful and the salad and chicken was delicious! J.I ordered online, and my confirmation email gave me an order number that doesn't match the numbers they use in the restaurant, and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. They asked for my name when I arrived to pick up my order, so I gave them the name I used in the app and the guy at the counter said it was cooking.
Fast forward 30 minutes waiting, 45 minutes after I originally ordered, I went up to the front counter to find my food had been sitting on the cold counter for about 25 minutes, and it had gone cold. Nobody told me my order was ready. I asked them to remake it and they were helpful and did so, and it tasted great, which is why they aren't getting 1 star today.
I would like the service to improve as I love the food, but I'm hesitant to return because of the service.

A.I do come here alot and its usually great and good service but this time i had very bad service, wasnt too happy, they usually give you stamps for meat on chips but she didnt accept that and i was owed a free kebab but she said you get next time... so i got meat on chips x2 and kebab x2 and they werent done good at all, im guessing different days different people and service

Wer einen deutschen Döner gewohnt ist, der wird sich damit nicht zufrieden stellen lassen. Es kam zwar an einen Döner ran, zumindest von den Inhaltsstoffen, doch was den Geschmack angeht, bin ich aus Deutschland besseres gewohnt. Nun ist Neuseeland nicht Deutschland und es ist das Beste, was man hier in der Nähe bekommt.
