K.Small villas for accomodation. These are furnished one bedroom house. The only inconvenience is parking. All visitors have to park in the visitors car park.

J.Matakana's hidden gem! These very new, modern but super cosy villas sit beautifully in landscaped surroundings and are very private. In the heart of the local wine country, it's the perfect spot for a romantic getaway. Close local attractions too numerous to name - already planning our next stay.
B.Lovely peaceful setting. Leisure walk for guest. Given a complimentary bottle of bubbles as icing on the cake.
Short stroll to the plume restaurant never have been disappointed by the meals.

G.Overall had a lovely stay. This is pitched as high end accommodation and if certainly gets close. Build quality is pretty top notch and the cabin design and feel is amazing.
Although surrounded by others it is very private and you don’t really see your neighbors which is always great.
I think there are some things they could do to really up their game a little bit... things like having more towels available in the bathroom, a comfy sofa and a side chair would all go along way. They also missed some additions in the kitchen like having a platter etc.
The bed was comfortable and large and two types of pillows. The bathroom is of a large size however the fan is a bit annoying. It comes on about 60-90 seconds after a switch is turned but doesn’t switch off for a few mins. Totally get the logistics but would be better to have an option to turn on light w out it sprinting on.
Would stay again, clean tidy and overall great location.
D.Absolute stunning views, perfect location minutes to Matakana Village. Awsome hosts Nik and Denise very friendly and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was yum as, Sebastian the manager and his team ensured we were well looked after. Kudos to the team at Plumes Villa 👍
C.Beautiful villas. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Very close to Herons flight vineyard imo the best winery in Matakana. Also close to Brick Bay, Matakana Estate and the few others still going. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
M.Modern accommodation. Very clean and well serviced and maintained. Perhaps a little too expensive. Good location in between matakana and warkworth. Easy walk to Charlie's gelato that does pizza. Be a aware that if you are booking a long weekend that the adjacent restaurant is closed on monday and Tuesdays. Herons flight vineyard for wine tasting is in walking distance. Simple kitchen with fridge and microwave for making a meal. Kinda like self catering situation. Lovely pool for a dip after exploring the area.
F.Lovely villa, modern, clean, warm, tastefully decorated. Great to be able to walk to Plume restaurant and enjoy a delicious meal there and sample some of the local wine!
E.Modern, minimalistic facilities. Lovely setting. Rooms could use a more vigorous clean, and unfortunately still smell strongly of paint fumes despite construction being completed 2 months ago. While overall the villas are nice, they do nothing to make themselves stand out and justify their high price point.
J.We stayed in the Kiwi villa and it was amazing!It had a homely feel with all the extras the Nespresso coffee machine was great!Kids enjoyed the pool and the beautiful colour changing lights in the garden at night!
