Excellent service. Waiter kept filling our glasses with water. Beautiful food. Recommend. Had lunch with Nana and she's been there 4 times now. Working her way down the menu. I had chicken on charcoal.

Lovely place, staff, and food. Just a little bit slower for the food to arrive than I would have liked. Two adults, two teens, and two kids and all enjoyed our meals.

Second time visiting, today being a super busy Mother’s Day lunch, and even though they were short staffed and had a full house, the food and cocktails were absolutely amazing. A table of 5 all with different meals and each meal was beautifully presented and was cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was excellent. Value for money! Will definitely be visiting again!

Wow the best lamb Ive ever had. My daughter and I both had lamb cooked on charcoal. She had Greek lamb cutlets and I had lamb loin. Both marinated but completely different flavours. So so good. Service was great. Our spontaneous dinner out was well worth it.

Food was delicious, friendly staff. They have separate area for takeaway kebabs and separate area for fine dining. Menu is limited but every dish sounds mouth watering. I tried lemongrass chicken and sofra chicken. Both dishes were made very well. I will definitely go again if I am in the area.

Just average. Nothing Mediterranean about the lamb I had, but the kumara mash was very nice. In a group of 10, everyone's steak was well underdone with one being blue, when supposed to be medium. Overall only 3 people were happy in our group. Not a place I'd return to for the restaurant sadly.

Best meal in a long time. Able to order a meal without altering anything due to my many food intolerences and the waiter was very attentive and checked everything for me. A first, to find a situation like this for me in a restaurant. I feel like moving to Matamata just for the restaurant! And it was so yummy!

First Visit for all 5 adults and we all said we will be return visitors. Everyone was very pleased with their meals and service. We shared the Mezze Platter, which was a lovely shared starter. We all chose something different for our main, and everyone was extremely happy. The interior is done lovely, chairs comfortable. Only thing we found and it may have been where we were sitting (close to the door) was the noise of chatter and trucks going by which made it slightly hard to hear each other speak.

Had dinner with a party of six. This is a cut above your usual suburban Mediterranean restaurant. Service is very attentive and the menu extensive. Several lamb dishes, salmon fillet, confit duck, chicken etc. All servings were very generous - almost excessive so good value too. Fully licenced (no byo). Thoroughly recommended and will go again

Recommended by local motelier. Ups to her . Nicely decorated , not overly fussy but with nice vibe and ambience. You can watch the chef's scurrying about doin there thing. Food was excellent along with the table service, would definetly eat here again , nicely priced. Great Meze platter & Padaeika (charcoal lamb chops) bravo 😋

After years of disappointment I’ve found the BEST kebab in NZ . Visited today, the service was fantastic. Beyond fantastic in fact, was perfect and my Kebab was so so good. The best I’ve ever had my hole life I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and will be taking all 6 of my kid and my wife because it was so so good.

Wowww, a real gem. Anyone passing through Matamata should definitely stop at this place. Clean, friendly and very good food. 👍

I popped in for lunch when passing through Matamata. The restaurant looks terrific with a really great fit out. My kebab was awesome and the staff were helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back next time I’m passing through and recommend others do the same.

Omg this has got to be my new favourite restaurant in the world like the food was so good the workers where so nice and I can’t get over how good the food was it was life changing I don’t think I can go to any other place for take aways now dam it was so so good I think it was made by angels dam it was good.
