Its McDonalds. You know.what you are in for. Very busy when we went but order came complete. We had food for 6 kids and 4 adults. Great service from staff under pressure.

Very busy especially around school time not much space to wait for food. Only one cashere to deal with customers. Was ok. Chips tend to be cold at times as they are cooked and left to stand for awhile so cool down. I think their "medium sized cups' are really small.

The food was alright. I got a frozen coke, it tasted quite gross and not like a good one from McDonald's Matamata. We had to wait for a long time to get our food and the machines didn't give out a receipt.

A huge variety for every fussy eater. Food is always fresh. Nit too expensive. Tabkea are always clean and they have a restroom too. Easy access for wheel chairs too.

Just a standard McDonald's. New Zealand McDonald's are quite expensive. You know that the food will be safe though. The soft serves are the best of all fast food joints in New Zealand. The only food I come for are the soft serves. Unfortunately the soft serves are more expensive now. Still get them every now and then.

Ypu didnt have to wait long for your meal. Seating was available and the time we were there was very quiet and not to many people.

They have become a lot more fast paced then what they used to be. Can get really busy at times with a constant flow of people walking past as you wait in line. They have a designated waiting Area that is sectioned off.
