P.A typical McDonald's with a drive through. You can dine inside during the red traffic light which is good. Sufficient parking available.
P.Good location and food but covid 19 entrance requirements are terrible. They only allow vaccinated people but don't check at the door and often don't check when you pick up food. Sure to the way they check for vaccinations there could be unvaccinated people in the building.
R.Was average service ,too long a wait, we had a 3:00minute time limit set in our drivethru in East Texas 20 min is too long, especially in the hot sun .. but Thanks anyway Fish was old and hardly any filet sauce. Thanks but no thanks.
S.Food is always the same so you go there because you like it so not going to comment on the food 😀 Only thing I would say is that they should have hand sanitiser in the eating area's as you are eating with your hands and would be handy (excuse the pun)
Keep the place a bit cleaner as well for piece of mind 😉
T.The DIIRTY chai I just consumed here was sooooo damn good!!! maybe the best from a McCafe around the Bay if not NZ...I wish the barista from here would be at my local McCafe(won't give location but theirs are the worst!!!)
Nice & clean(at 14:30 anyway) & will happily stop in for a coffee again when passing/cycling by.

S.They were very busy so it took longer than expected. When I got the order it was incorrect. Staff were helpful though
R.It's a McDonalds: what else can be said? Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not. Our experiences here as of late have been pretty good. They have a new system where you can order and pay for your food from a kiosk and skip standing in line. We tried it and it worked great! I will add the angus burgers are surprisingly good!
T.Had all the flavors for frozen drinks.
C.Was okay, got my order wrong but that's what you get from wearing a mask and they can't hear your order properly.
D.Serves the best Macdonald ice cream in the area. Great portions and don't skimp on anything. Staff are always pleasant and we take the drive from Papamoa for their great service.

I.Food was prepared quickly and with quality. Friendly service and the blonde barista makes a tasty cappuccino with cinnamon.

G.Maccas entrance is a little confusing as it is just a single door unlike other Maccas with a grand entrance. It does benefit from having a play area but the last time we visited it looked quite filthy so it probably doesn't get cleaned that often.
M.Drive thru out to the road but seemed to get served fast and with a smile from all staff
R.Was a tad busy and the food wasnt really that fast. In terms of cleanliness i would say it needs improving. In saying that i guess it does live up to the McDonald's standard and it was during new years with a lot of people around. Maybe it is more up to scratch in the off season. Food was fine.

C.5 star for being awesome! I am Canadian and visiting and we stopped for a late lunch at McDonalds. I ordered chicken nuggets and when it came I realized MY error that I had actually ordered spicy nuggets. My stomach can't handle spicy things and when I spoke to the supervisor he immediately told me not to worry about it at all and gave me the regular nuggets to replace them. Very nice young man. I appreciated it as it was 100% my error! Come visit the McDonalds crew at this location and show them appreciation as I know their service is stellar!
S.Went in on a Saturday morning, very busy with familys after sports. Ordered from the touch pad and took a table number and requested our meal be delivered to our table. Brilliant didn't have to queue up to order and then stand around and wait for the order. It was fast and efficient.
C.Great service, impressed with Neave - she sorted out a problem we had and was really positive and speedy about it. The atmosphere was light and relaxed, good vibes.
N.Icecream was so soft the caramel shell didn't set and we ended up with icecream all over the car. Would have been delicious otherwise
P.Amazing drive-through service. Super quick and friendly even late at night and with a massive crowd coming through from Good Vibes. Food was hot and fast to come out.

M.Average McDonald's, but poor service, worker was standing around not taking orders even when people were there. Tables left a bit dirty but not too bad. Other than those downsides, if you want fast food, it's not a bad place.
F.Clean and tidy, burger and fries fresh and tasty, trim flat white delicious, fantastic parking. Staff were smiley and friendly and when asked questions had great knowledge of products. Will be a pleasure to come back here.

R.This MacDonald's was awesome. I got my order wrong and wanted to change it at the next window, the girl was super nice about it and instead let me keep the ice cream they were going to throw out.
D.Just buy a snow freeze in a cone with a flake here. Service is always fast. But I have noticed the the price went up from $1.40 to $1.60 over Christmas. That's way faster than inflation.

a.I go here quite often to buy McCafe Hot Chocolate. This past 6months have been really slack. I get my hot chocolate warm/cold most times, usually hasn't been mixed properly as there is always fat clumps of powder at the bottom. And no marshmallows?? They're the best part.

A.Im vegan so i only have the Fry's, apple pies, apple bags, frozen cokes, black coffee and peach ice tea but over all customer service is pretty good chips are always perfect and i love the frozen coke flavours now all you need is more vegan options, should do a vegan Creation's burger that would be amazing and add much more value to the store and menu

T.I'm ashamed to admit this but Google asked me for a review so I'll do it. The only reason I went to McDs in The Mount was to go to the toilet. I'm giving 5 stars because it was really clean and fully stocked. Next time I'll get some food, I promise.

A.Located just down the road from Saturday sports fields, this McDonalds is a go to spot for families and teenagers alike. The service was really quick, the staff were wearing really smart uniforms. Not being a McD regular I much prefer the new uniform to the old uniform. I noticed people order online with the tools available in house, so you could see that McDonalds has it all covered, drive by, counter service and online orders all coming out lighting fast. We ordered a Cheese burger combo for our Grandson - he ate and headed straight for the kids playground.

M.Got all the way back to Papamoa only to find.. no tomato or beetroot on our Kiwi burgers. As a Kiwi I feel disappointed that our national burgers reputation has been tarnished. They have said they will give us replacements. Thanks.

C.Just a standard McDonald's. New Zealand McDonald's are quite expensive. You know that the food will be safe though. The soft serves are the best of all fast food joints in New Zealand. The only food I come for are the soft serves. Unfortunately the soft serves are more expensive now. Still get them every now and then. Close to the beach.
T.This McDs is way better than some I've visited. Consistantly clean and tidy. Staff take pride here.
A.Very clean, spacious, modern, quick service, good parking, within a short walk of Mount main street (movies etc). Not a lot of warmth for customers at night though.

J.Great customer service in what can be a busy place. Food is generally good, and the public restrooms are ALWAYS clean and tidy.
