I had the beef cheek and duck tacos and they were amazing, also had a quesadilla guacamole and some other entree and everything was absolutely amazing, so tasty and with all the right sauces, the guacamole was made to perfection with the right amount of lime and seasoning. Was good to have a taco where the protein was the star of the show just like you will get in Mexico . I will definitely be back next time I'm visiting the Mt. Well done crew. Oh and amazing service also.

My partner and I went to Mexico Bay fair today and were pleasantly surprised. The customer service was nice, lots of seating. We ordered the degustacion which was only $20 each and came with a Taco, fried chicken, guacamole and totopa. Also came with a house soda. We decided to go for the fish and chicken taco. I would get the chicken again in a heartbeat! The fish on the other hand was alright, I would recommend having the Baja sauce as a side to dip otherwise it runs down your hands. The fried chicken was amazing as well as the sauces. Please put more syrup in the house soda! Would definitely return again!

Absolutely brilliant. Delicious food. AMAZING range of both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Sweet and savoury. A few desserts on the menu (so mainly you would come here for dinner) but everything is tasty. I would recommend the Mexico City Street Torta. Full of taste and super filling. Will definitely come again, and would recommend to everyone!

As much as I love Mexican food, this place is not my cup of tequila. Not sure what type of restaurant they are trying to be, as they have a limited menu which has a large amount of non-typical Mexican fare. So if you are looking for a burrito or chimichangas, go elsewhere. If you are looking for small, over-priced meals, come here. I had the Oaxacan Tortillas which were served with chicken and four small mounds of different veges. Very odd. Again, not your typical Mexican.

Went there this evening with my two kids, the man serving us was amazing! He catered to all my fussy pregnancy cravings, and the kids, with a smile, even chasing us out the door with our leftovers we forgot 😊 The food was also amazing! My son said it's his new favorite place to eat.

Mexico is one of the best tasting Mexican food places around Love the menu, but i wish they had more vegan options 🌱 Very kid friendly with a special kid menu and entertainment I had $20 lunch special that included 2 tacos and a house soda, fair price! Also ordered the new little island ice cream desert, which took a very long time to make, but was very very good

Straight up I think I have found my new favorite place to eat out. Both me and the wife were blown away with the food and the service. Staff were super friendly and omg the food🤙🏼 I love Mexican food already but now I love it even more.

Delicious affordable food, with pleasant service...what more could you ask for? Also, one of a few Mexican Restaurants in New Zealand not just selling Tex Mex style food. I can never go past the fried chicken here, it beats every other fried chicken out there (they also have a fried cauliflower version for a vegetarian option). Don't miss their amazing taco Tuesday special! ❤️🌮

We loved the Margarita Masterclass! Ryan was entertaining and a great teacher, thoroughly recommend this as an experience. Plus, the food and drinks were fab too.

Good food and friendly staff! The ambience and decor is really nice as well. The fudge brownie dessert portion was quite big so, if you're having that for dessert, be sure to save a bit more room than normal.

Awesome menu if you like fresh and tasty. This is a 4.5 star only because the 3 chillie 🔥 was more like a 1.5 lol, otherwise the tacos I had were awesomely fresh and not overly saused where the juices go all over the place, so just how i like it

I absolutely love Mexico Bayfair! Andrew and his team are fantastic! The food is always on point, the margaritas are to die for and the service is super quick and always with a smile. Want to have a girls night, hens do or a team building night - I 100% recommend that you do the margarita masterclass! I've done 2 of the classes and everytime has been a fantastic night!!

Brought my friend here for her first time. Closest to true Mexican food in the mount! Had such a great lunch! The plum margarita is our favourite!!! Soooo good. The service was lovely! Food was awesome a always. Highly recommend the esquites!! I could eat three of these myself. The lunch menu is such a bargain, everyday until 5. The degustation lunch is 25$ with a margarita!

A terrific family friendly restaurant. The menu offered a great variety with several vegetarian options and the portion sizes were generous. Could not fault the staff who were very attentive with our table even though there were several larger groups also been served at the same time. A definite place to visit either as a couple or the whole family.

I had lunch here at the insistence of a friend. As I have a dairy allergy I really appreciatted the wait staff having a really clear comprehensive (enormous) information sheet to identify what would be an issue for me. Service was cheerful and polite, helpful as well. I chose two tacos and a soda for $20, it was sufficient for lunch. I should have had a Marguerita as the soda flavor was the least enjoyable part of the meal. The duck taco was nice and had a zingy flavor, the beef was chewier (if that is a word) but nicely seasoned. I have never been to Mexico but have home cooked dishes and the flavor seemed ok to me. Eating out is always an issue if you have an allergy but this resaurant made that easy. I will go back -just not for a soda, and they only do a cold pour coffee so it will be beer or Marguerita.

A great place to eat. Excellent food and a good atmosphere. Went 2 days after opening and it was very good. Fast service and not much wait for the meals, even though it was busy. Well placed in the new dining precinct.
