V.After eating here quite a few times I can confidently say that Palace is my favourite burger place here in New Zealand. The staff are super nice, the atmosphere is excellent, and the food is to die for.
Try the chicken and waffles if you like sweet and savoury, the cauliflower wings are great too.
Would highly reccomend.

A.Palace is easily the best burger joint I’ve ever been to. Their friend chicken burgers are so crispy and juicy and the buns are always perfect too! Have yet to try a beef burger/vegetarian burger there but have heard great things from my friends. The fries are always perfect. The friend chicken with buffalo sauce however is a bit strange? Not sure what I was expecting but it definitely wasn’t that. The buffalo fried chicken is not for everyone. Still a great burger place though

The pork belly bites are awesome and pretty original.

M.Came across this place after getting a bit bored of the conventional burger and their unique menu captured my interest right away. Let me just say that the flavors blew me away! My partner hates bacon with a passion and even she enjoyed the bacon jam when trying my burger.

R.I've eaten a lot of veggie burgers and can quite confidently say your southern fried cauliflower is one of the best. Your cauliflower wings are also absolutely delicious. This has been my third visit and it's been consistently great every single time. Cheers guys!

F.Perfect burgers! Buns are yummy, perfect match to the burgers! Kumara chips so so, kinda dry but generous serving. Staff are really friendly. Nice place for re-feed meal after a week on a meal plan.
M.Love the food but the online ordering could be greatly improved. Seeing your pickup order sitting ready, but having to wait 10mins in a massive queue while people make up their minds, is pretty bad service. Watched our food go from fresh to cold. There was no way to pay in advance on the website.
Edit: I have changed this from 2 to 3 stars. Ordering at a busy time, people are generally happy to wait if the food is not ready, but not if the food is just sitting there. This could be solved by allowing payment online through your website, or by providing a separate terminal for online order payments. Suggesting that I pay more through a third party company, just to avoid the possibility of having to wait to pay while picking up is a poor suggestion.
I hope you take this as constructive criticism as we are regulars and this is not the first time a pickup order has gone cold while waiting.
R.Yum! Great buns, sauce and a well cooked protein. Sides were also great although didn't get to try the loaded onion rings as they were sold out. Happy hour beer jugs are v reasonable.

Great service from the two girls working, they were so kind and friendly. Great prices and great quality food. J.Great burgers I had the Nashville chicken burger, good amount of heat. Nice place to have a casual dinner out with your family or relaxed dinner date. Price is reasonable and $5 beers is always a bonus in my books.
One thing the table was pretty sticky maybe they forgot to wipe the tables from the previous customers but overall a good experience.

N.I love burgers and this place makes the best burgers. I usually try to eat pretty healthy during the week and my reward for this is Palace Burger on a Friday, which I start thinking about on a Monday. Best food place in the Mount for sure. Great music too.
I.We ordered the classic cheese burger, the hoedown, loaded fries and buffalo basket. Everything was delicious, highlight was the buffalo basket, wings were super crispy and sauce was beautiful. Definitely be coming back. Thanks team.

B.We went there with my boyfriend tonight. We didn’t know the place and were attracted by the sign “$10 burgers” outside.
We took burger n. 6 which was the only one vegetarian on the menu (out of 6). (There is another one on the specials).
I wasn’t attracted by the description, but the burger was AMAZING. Tasted so goooood. Sweet brioche bun... WHAOUUU !!! Good beetroot sauce and the pumpkin/quinoa “steak” was filling, texture + taste = 10/10
Took fries side for $6 and it was so much for both of us. Good fries too.

Only bad sides : tomatoes in the burger = out of season and no taste... what the point? (Same for the lettuce, doesn’t add anything to the burger)
I ate the burger with fork and knife, and the paper they put underneath the bun get into it, so I ate a bit of it without noticing because it was cut by the knife. :/
