a. S.Amazing service with attentive staff. The food is well priced for incredible value. It tastes absolutely delicious with generous, proportions too. A must visit for lovely views of the sea and dog friendly too. A favourite spot for brunch.
M. B.Really loved it. Very busy over Labour weekend but the service was still pretty fast and the coffee delicious. We had a cheese scone and a savoury muffin and both were excellent. Sitting outside in the courtyard is great and best of all the staff were lovely and very helpful. Top marks.
H. W.This is such a lovely cafe. Great selection of cabinet foods and cooked menu. We had hot cakes, burger, vegan stack, big breakfast. My favourite is their iced coffee and savoury muffins. Simple but well made. Super welcoming accomodating hosts and great ambience. Thanks for your great service
I. A.Another outfit doing it tough during these times and one deserving of your custom. Clean and tidy without being sterile, fabulously friendly staff, great food and coffee. Absolutely nothing to complain about. If you're passing through or staying in Ahuriri, you won't go wrong with this place.
W. D.Stopped in for an early morning coffee with a group of friends recently and found the service to be excellent. Returned this morning for breakfast and received the same great service. The staff were cheerful, friendly and obviously well trained to be observant and attentive. The food and drinks arrived promptly and even the most basic of items was garnished and excellently presented on the plate. Everything tasted as good as it looked.

Been back a few times, but this time very average. Latte bitter and sloppy. Muffin served cold, firm, straight from chiller cabinet.
But worst, the practice of leaving plated food on counter before service, right in front of the queue of "spit speaking" customer's ordering their selections. Yuck. Not very hygienic in this day and age.

M.Would've been 5 stars but we observed 2 staff yakking for ages with American customer whilst 2 ladies were waiting patiently to order. Not kidding, they completely ignored the customers waiting to order at lunchtime on 3/1/19 and continued engaging in a lengthy conversation with the other woman. Should've said "excuse me" to the American woman and moved on to the waiting customers, or one of the staff continue on with the yakker while the other staff member attends to the waiting customers. Need to sharpen up in service at the counter but the food is delicious. Nice decor too.

R. M.Hands down the best “Classic Big breakfast” we have found in Napier. Beautiful location, warm and friendly customer service and yummy coffee. A bonus is they have small blankets just in case it’s a bit breezy outside.
