Clean and tidy, very quiet due to covid. Meal was ok and staff were helpful and friendly.

Fries was cold for some reason when I did the drive through otherwise service was good as well as the food.

Newly refurbished and doesn't look as good as before. Placed order and they served up wrong food in parts. They did fix it though without a bother. Restaurant quiet when we went in and not very clean. Tables needed wiping down and food on floor. Luckily there was variety of tables to choose from. Not one of the better burger kings I have been to :-(

Good whopper, spoiled by mayo. Keep the sauce. Pls. And yes i did order without sauces.

Pretty sad to see, I hope the business improves after Covid. Used to be my go to, now it's a little run down, back in the days I could at least tell they were trying and occasionally burgers would come out like the photos.

Slow drive thru and restaurant service even when customer count is low, average food.

Must stop in here cruising to Wairoa, food was hot, milkshakes were A+,staff were absolutely A+, see you soon Napier

While BK Napier is one of the slowest drive throughs around. My last two orders where correct. Service was much better than it has been. Please keep improving.

Burger King Napier has a nice modern interior, and friendly staff. The cleanliness is what you would want from a fast food chain, and the food quality, at least in my experience has been hot and tasty. I have had one issue with this branch, which relates to the drive thru. I had a run of three visits that culminated in three times I had items either mixed up or missing from my bags. My advice would be to check the bag before driving away from the Window. If you're hungry for BK, this restaurant is capable, and as good as you would hope. Go for it!

Typical fast food joint. However partner and i did enjoy getting fresh hot chips on this occasion. My burger was rather good however the chicken in her burger was rather disappointing. A peice of cardboard would have been nicer.

It was clean, staff were friendly and the burger tasted like a BK burger. Kids were happy with Meal deals. Don't usually buy this kind of food, but had no regrets with my quick fix lunch.

Chips were hot! And the staff knew they fried the chips in a separate fryer than anything else. This is awesome being ceoliac meant I could have chips while my daughter had lunch 😊

Although the staff were friendly and service was quick, the "large" curly fries we ordered would really only have appeared large to a toddler.

Burger king is delicious! Order the Angus anything and curly fries if they have them. Yum yum yum. They have drive through! But it's fattening :(

I mainly drive thru if I do go to BK, staff are mint always polite and good to deal with, seems fast and always get what I order for want of not complicating things. Its BK after all, get whats fast and easy for everyone.

It was pretty good...i mean, burger king is burger king. But it was clean. The staff were pleasant abd effecient. The music was not too distracting. And business was steady....but not crowded. 😊

Normal Burger King with friendly staff and nice indoor seating. Sadly the ice cream machine wasn't working. Try the all you can drink.

I was there in June of 2015, an American visiting Napier. I needed something to remind me of home and this place did it for me. I was so thankful to get a Whopper and it was done right! They did a good job in my opinion.

Didn't have to wait long and nice and hot fresh taste correct order was not your regular size of order for drive through enough for six people

Good service and probably Burger King would be the best when it comes to drinks choice! The downside is that you have to ask for ketchup as they don't automatically give it to You!

Love BK! Freshest in the word, always great flavour. Hawaiian BK chicken is the No1 burger. Make sure you check it out while your in the Artdeco capital.

Very popular with the kids. Incredibly busy when we visited at lunch, and becoming a little messy and noisy. A great teen hangout but not recommended for grown ups.

I had beautiful cheerful service from Sarah at the napier branch. They even cooked my burger pattie fresh and didn't make me feel stink for asking.

Customer service was good, pity about the state of the tables and seats. Lots of un cleared tables and floors and tables/seats clearly not cleaned properly in a while.

Good food. Arcade was fun and the basketball court and hoops we're a hit with the kids. Needs more attention to cleanliness.

Has had an overhaul upgrade. Does not cater well for someone who has a baby that needs to be changed. Otherwise, it is a nice enough Restaurant

Recently redecorated. It seems like the low price items are sold out or the machine isn't working. It's happened so often. Hopefully they upgraded the troublesome equipment when they redecorated.

The new look at Napier BK is good, however staff still don't listen and muck up orders

Ice cream machine wasn't working. It's never working apparently it's because there night staff don't put it though the heat cycle, at 2am.

Pretty good food.. need someone on the floor to clear clean tables and my shoes stuck to the floor it was so dirty..

Well food was good. But staff made mistake twice in delivering our order through drive through and we had to go in store at last. Still I appreciate their humble behavior. I'm looking forward for their good service next time🙂

Fast service great customer service.

They have a great rewards system in place with there app,but if they wish to stay competitive than they are going to have to up their game they seem to have adopted that slip, slop, slap policy which long term could damage their image
