The staff are absolutely a delight, very welcoming with greeting and farewells. Brilliant service. The only downside is you can't dine in due to the covid circumstances which is not there fault. Must just be policy. Otherwise a brilliant place to get a meal

Very nice food. I loved the gourmet sandwich. Very healthy and very filling. The downside was having too much maýo on it. Must request for less mayo next time. Enjoy.....

Very consistent and friendly service. Always get an iskender every time I go. Last time I went I waited half an hour and was given take away container when I asked to dine in. Needs to be more attentive with dine in customers. Luckily only happened once. Will be back as food is lovely and very filling

Normally love your kebabs. Last night I ordered a chicken kebab and lamb kebab online. Pick up said order would be ready 12 mins from time order was placed. I was instore in time to pay then watch my kebabs being made, toasted then left on counter while walk in orders where cooked and served. After another 10 mins, the trainee server noticed my order sitting there and finally gave me my order. Sadly my dinner was cold and the chicken was overcooked and hard. Please address this issue as I love yr kebabs

The food is good, and the staff are always friendly. I would give it 4.5 stars. I couldn't give it a full 5 stars because of two other Turkish restaurants that I have been to that tasted much better. However, Cafe Anatolia is quite good especially for the price.

Usually great but tonight I had a halloumi wrap with barely any halloumi and it wasn't cooked. Disappointed. Would still go there. Most likely a one time thing. Other than that, service was great

We went to have lunch today and we were very happy with our meals and the service the young fella gave us. What we were disappointed in was another worker sitting at the table watching his Co worker running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with the orders and everything else.. We were there about a hour or so and he still continued to sit there and one part sleep on the table while the place was filling up.

Have always enjoyed the food and service here, although last night completely missed my order. Having said that, food was still good and appreciate the extras they put in for their mistake. Would have been nice to have an apology from owner. Has this just changed ownership! If so, hope just teething issues

My work colleagues and I go here for kebabs every Friday. Staff are friendly and service is always good. Kebabs are always made well (as in they are wrapped properly and don't come apart) and are yummy.

Authentic Turkish food at it's best, couldn't fault the service from the team member who served us even though I was slightly difficult with my order. Tables were clean and nice interior. Well done team all round! 😀

Great taste, service and value. Ordered the Vegetarian falafel kebab (x2), 1 large and 1 regular. Right amount of sauces, not too overpowering, falafel wasn't dry and the beetroot humus was a nice touch. The wait time was better than what you'd get waiting for a big mac combo and frozen Coke at any maccas right now and that's saying something. The only criticism I have of the place was that the air con was set on 'arctic'. Otherwise enjoy peeps if you're looking for a vege option.

My partner and I had this for tea lastnight (iskender and meat on chips) It's by far our favourite Cafe Anatolias in Napier. We call in advance and they pick up within seconds (unlike taradale) We can always guarantee our portions sizes are very decent and delicious, you definitely get your moneys worth here!

The owner was a friendly but not OTT guy which was nice. Food is all reasonably priced and quality Turkish food. I always take away but the place itself is very nice if you wanted to eat there.
