Reviews of KFC Napier
A.Hopeless, as usual. Same problem as most others complain of ... incorrect and/or incomplete order. Incorrect AND incomplete this time. Zinger burgers aren't too bad for taste although the Zinger chicken breast patties were too dry (as usual) ... guess that's pretty standard for breast. Core business (chicken and chips) average at best. Uninspiring chips and the usual 'mean sized' (seems to be a NZ 'thing') chicken pieces. Used to be the weekly take away treat ... these days once or twice a year at best (we never 'quite' learn).
M.Please let the staff know what is contained in 3 piece box. Potato and gravy is included so i didn't need to order it separately. Now i have two.
T.I was getting an order for someone else, as past experiences have really put me off Napier KFC. Much to my surprise there was not a rediculously long wait. I was told the all the order was hot and not firm old chicken. Maybe I will try again sometime. 4 stars for this order.
F.Bit slow to get around the drive thru (20mins) but the order was fresh, tasty and most importantly all there woohoo 😊👌🍗🍗
