There was small plastic in my first bite of the rice. Staff didn't come to us for checking if food was ok, and no one in the counter when we left. So we didnt manage to let them know the issue. Other than that, all good.

First time reviewing a business but felt I had to as when I went in to Kilim for my first time yesterday, was happily surprised with warm atmosphere and amazing food! Wait was a tiny bit long, but definitely worth the wait, food was unlike any other I've had. Staff were very friendly, I was served by a young gentleman who seemed a little new but made up for it with his warm attitude and helpful insight. 10/10 would recommend and will be back again!

I have enjoyed food from here a number of times. Reasonable prices, good portion size and a good selection. I've dined in with a full menu selection and also grabbed a kebab on the go - both experiences were good.

Great food, atmosphere and service! I would happily return for another lovely evening of Turkish food. I do just want to say that I was a little confused as to why the owner has been responding aggressively to some poor google reviews… surely those people are just misguided and should be ignored!

Authentic environment, welcoming staff and wonderful food. Loved all the kilims, felt very Turkish. Absolutely recommend. My kebab was simply delicious. Well done and thanks to a very happy team.
