Such unique food - so well cooked and great flavor. Not surprised they were fully booked. Lovely staff found us outside table and food arrived promptly - will be back!

Great location, friendly and efficient staff. Great range of drinks, wine, cocktails, beer, non-alcoholic. Ordered Balanise chicken salad and Korean pork, both great taste and value for money.

Milk and Honey Restaurant. The wife and I went here on Saturday 18th. Again we found a place that we can enjoy. I ordered the Waikiki pizza. ( Hawaiian) That I found very enjoyable. The wife ordered the Korean pork with slaw. The wife raved about it saying how much she likes it. As for the staff, Rosie and Maia, you made it a great experience. As we watched the rest of the staff they smiled and carried on with their work in a friendly manner. What an amazing experience, just relaxed and took things as they happened. We shall be back

I enjoyed my coconut latte and eggs on toast with a side of creamy mushrooms. Others at my table raved about the apple crumble pancakes and the banana bacon pancakes.

We had lunch here. Great service - even though they were very busy we got a table straight away and our drinks and meals arrived quite quickly. The menu was not overly impressive, food was well presented and great tasting but a little light for big eaters like us, so luckily we had the foresight to get sides of Chips. $80 for 3 mains 2 sides of chips, and a non alcoholic drink each includes public holiday surcharge.

Terrific service from Maia my server who made sure I fully looked after, and frankly just delightful. I have never experienced such a lovely atmosphere, with the lovely music and lighting. This place fully gave the Coffee and Cafe aura, with the pleasing sounds and I am fully satisfied with my jasmine dragon ball tea. I most definitely will come again, and most thanks to my absolute doll of a server. Place much loved and recommended, although please restock my chilli lemonade. Unfortunately i don't understand how to post a photo.

Wait staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was nice. Recommend the fried chicken and pork lettuce cups. Only reason it's not 5 star is the cocktails were a big let down. Very watered down tasting with the cup being almost all ice and no drink!

Not to bad experience We arrived got a table then asked for Vax pass We ordered iced coffee, when it arrived the coffee was burned it was then replaced by flat white coffee much nicer, we ordered brunch it came in generous portions nice friendly staff.

Very nice experience and great service. Had fried kfc chicken 17.5$ and the server very kindly corrected me that the serving is quite large and won’t need a main. Even though it’s listed in the entree. Taste was very nice although I took the spicy option, it was t very spicy. The sauce was ok. However the batter was very crispy and tasty. I also ordered dumplings and for 9$ u get six. U can mix and match and I had vege, prawn, chicken. And it was really nice. A little wasabi would have been great. Drink was a margarita (flop) 17$ For dessert I had pineapple tipsy cake and this Erving was huge too. 2 people can easily share. 15.5$. Flat white small 4.5$ this ws ok. Overall definitely worth visiting and trying various item.

Best pancakes I’ve ever tried. The food was ace with generous portions (I usually order two breakfasts because it’s never enough!), the service was attentive, and I was impressed at how quickly the coffee and breakfast came to the table. Definitely recommend and will definitely go back next time I’m in Napier! Thanks 😊

Dinner was absolutely delicious - highly recommend the Korean fried chicken (although not really Korean) and the pork belly bao. Chocolate milk was delish too. Great interiors and good variety of Asian fusion in the menu! Things fell apart with the desserts though, I ordered the basque cheesecake with seasonal fruit and lemon sorbet but it came with what seemed like canned rhubarb and lemon lime supermarket ice cream? Seems a shame considering it's summer and so many berries and stonefruit are available! Cheesecake itself was great though. Service was mixed - waiters were nice but seemed new with no idea of the dishes on the menu. Overall definitely recommend for dinner but desserts and service just need a little bit of work and it would be perfect!

yummy Asian style food. Staff were very friendly and helpful with advice on menu. The Bao buns are really yummy - esp the bulgogi beef. Tried a bit of the korean pork and he pork was very tasty. Not too sure about the pandan sauce - an acquired taste. Overall, nice food, but nothing outstanding to make me go back again.

Great location across from the shores of Ahuriri Point, this cafe' offers quiet relaxing modern environment. Food is top notch and well presented as well could not fault the service that was genuinely friendly and efficient. Well Done Team!

Great Bao Buns and great service. The only negative was the terrible unclean urine smell in the toilet. Reminded me of the days and smell of men's urinals. Yuk... please do a better job of sanitising.

Amazing breakfast! Mushrooms were perfect, bacon was beautifully cured, toast right texture and buttered, scrambled eggs were excellent. Coffee was Devine and the service was cheerful and engaging for an early saturday morning. Will definitely come back and reccomend to anyone travelling through Napier.

I visited this place 3 times over the course of my week in Napier. My first visit for breakfast was a great start to the day. Even though it was very busy the staff were attentive and food served in a timely manner. My next two visits in the evening were also great visits. Service from front of house staff was good. Bring water straight away, taking drink orders and serving them quickly. Enough time to read the menu before ordering and wait was suitable for food to arrive showing food prepared with care. Could not fault food or staff. Would recommend.

Cold roast tomato, poached eggs far too soft snotty texture, sourdough not toasted much while also been very soft for a sourdough. Sausages ok but wouldn’t call them a house specialty. Would try another cafe next time.

Very nice Ceviche, unfortunately we ordered coffee that came as you can see on the photo, the flavour was bitter and burn. we also ordered a bowl of fries and never came. Is a shame this and the poor service. because the place and the main dishes are really good.

Yesterday morning we were having breakfast in the restaurant with friends. It was really busy and we didn't expect the service to be that good. We got water, drinks, and food on time even though we were a little in a hurry. The food is nice and very tasty. People are kind, and I believe we will come again for sure.

Loved the views from the terrace and the cauliflower rice dish was great. I didn't like so much corn fritters, but will only really order these again if I feel like something fried. I went here for the first time this morning with my family, and it was absolutely delicious. The strawberry shortcake biscuits are amazing, and their wings are perfect. I had the Lobster egg and cheese croissant- and it was phenomenal. It's hours later and I still keep thinking about it! Aside from the staff needing to figure out drink service, the experience was perfect. 4.5 stars if Yelp would let me do half stars on mobile

Great venue, fantastic views and the food was so tasty. Great staff especially Ellen who gave us a very warm welcome. Try the fried chicken, you won’t regret it. Easy access with plenty of parking within a 1 minute walk.

One of our favourite places to stop for a coffee. We have a dog with us and they cater with water for the dog. Nice outdoor seating, views of the sea. Meals available but don't normally stop that long. Open early, we have been there just after 8am and are open later so can call in for a late coffee. Great service.

This little restaurant/Cafe is brilliant. The service is wonderful, but above all, they have excellent food. We came here for breakfast both mornings we were in Napier - not one regret. Some of the best waffles, and there speciality bacon is worth a try if you like a little spice. 10/10 would recommend for breakfast/brunch.

Friendly staff, disappointing food. Nice venue and nice staff. We started with coffee and I had a mocha which was good. I ordered the main breakfast with hash browns and it arrived in a reasonable time and the whole table of 8 were served at the same time which was impressive. The meal was very basic, two pieces of buttered sour dough toast, two eggs, two very small sausages, one small mushroom and one half of a tomato, the hash browns never came but they still tried to charge them. The bread was very hard crusted to the point I had to remove the crust. The eggs were cooked well, I had tried and the yolk was still runny which was just right. All else was good but the amounts were just underwealming. The service from the wait staff was very friendly. Overall I don't recommend the main breakfast, others I was with did recommend the mushrooms on toast.

Had the ceviche which was really good, and so was the pork belly bao. A little overpriced for what you get, hence the three stars. We also ordered some dumplings from next door, which were a little disappointing - but filled the belly!

A disappointing experience due to the food. The staff and location are great, a playground a short walk away would make it fantastic for kids to breakfast and then play while Parents had a longer time at the Cafe. I would have the scrambled eggs, of the two orders that had poached eggs they were a little over done. The Sausage with the cooked breakfast had a very grainy texture of something made too lean. The Fancy brown bread was very tasty. The Coffee blend was not really my cup of tea (I typically have Havana at my work)

We camped out for a couple of hours in a cozy booth in the corner to use wifi for streaming a football game back in the States. Our male waiter was so friendly & generous, we felt very welcomed and were happy to show gratitude & support by continuously ordering. The windows were open on a hot day for a cool breeze off the bay beach. Clean, single person restrooms. A very tempting bakery case full of a variety of unique breads, cakes, Toasties, scones, & sweets, etc. There is also a vast selection of refreshing non-alcoholic drinks as well as alcoholic beverages. It was pretty busy mid morning for a brunch crowd to catch the breakfast before 11:30am but then mellowed out a wee bit.

This place was a trip!! Used to be the cafeteria for the Seaman's Center. On the port so a little off the restaurant path. The place is full of bric a brac. Everywhere you look you find odd and funny objects. I'd hate to have to clean it. Needs a Marie Kondo visit!
