S.This store has an incredibly fast drive thru. Although it can be backed to the Queen Street Traffic lights, you will still be served in under 4 minutes. The staff are always lovely and really dressed up. A family favourite.
J.This particular McDonald's does have a little bit more dressing than the others although they do need to learn to put the insides level with bun really getting annoyed with finding half meisel a hanging out of the bun with no sauce no cheese no nothing on it and dry not cool guys
D.Always ask for vaccine pass and friendly staff. Great coffee. Only negative is that Maccas NZ don't offer good vegetarian options like BK do
E.Very clean store and amazing customer service. I really feel for these guys who have to deal with the abusive customers going through. Nice work Team Richmond!

J.@Drive-through. The lady was swearing. She was rushing my orders. I asked for a large juice and she put large fries 🍟 lol but it was all good. The food was yummy and that's all that matters :)

S.Went to this Maccas last Friday for dinner. Without a doubt this was the best tasting, cooked to perfection McDonald's the whole family had ever had. To top it off we were served both at the speaker box and the window by prompt, polite, friendly staff. The meal came quickly and accurately.
This is the Maccas all the others should try and emulate!
j.Love going to this McDonald's its very clean and they have very friendly staff. Fast service as well. I like that there are a play place for kids to play while you sit and eat.
K.Never had any problems till recently, drive through service has really slipped. got home and 2 cheeseburgers missing had to go back and get them then last visit asked for 2 double cheeseburger combos and ended up with normal cheeseburger and for me with food allergies I asked for a grilled chicken loaded lettuce no egg and get home to find crispy chicken so couldnt eat my dinner. They need to get their screen working so we can see our order and check it

T.Like any fast food place irs dependent on the worker! Other than that this McDonald's is efficiently run n tidy! Peak hours it slows down other than that its a decent McDonald's
J.My husband and I went here for breakfast Friday morning. We were happy with the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant however, the manager that took our order was quite argumentative and insisted we ordered the wrong thing. A way to combat this would be to relay the order back to the customer, that way there’s no misunderstanding. I wouldn’t come here for the coffee. If however the coffee improved it could be a nice place to bring the kids to have a coffee break while they play on the playground.

A.We haven't been for a while but the service was excellent. We were given a number and got to our seat. Within 20 seconds our order was delivered to the table. Standard fare, not much texture but repeatably OK food.

D.Sort of as good as most Macca's get's. Go to this branch every time I am going through Richmond because it has a convenient location and it can be better than a lot of the other branches I visit.
Unfortunately we have had issues where we have had a missing item from an order and a burger that looked like it had a bite taken out of it but besides those two problems it is mostly a good branch.
P.What do you say about yet another branch? Service speed was good, order correct, and food above average. Traffic-wise this one is a pain to get out of, but that's not their fault. Will visit again.

S.McDonalds not for me. Landed up there by proxy. Cost a fortune because we didn't know the tricks of ordering. Hubby ordered a double burger but got a single... yea na!!
o.Great service I arrived after a long day taking my grandson to Christchurch hospital so when we arrived back we called into this McDonald's to get a ice cream around 6.30pm and was served by a nice young man at the time he had no uniform on with great delivery and service thankyou.

i.Good service but I don't like the taste of the food that usually comes out of this place, I have a suspicion that's its due to lack of cleaning the cooking equipment, the Richmond store tastes far better.

s.Small, not much parking, the drive through is to close to the main entrance door and car park, otherwise its McDonald's
