Sometimes its so over crowded and there will only be one cashier up and noone does the 1metre rule coz u come in the door with heaps of people waiting on there orders. Other then that great service and love to always see the lady at the mccafe, shes very nice and makes yummy coffees🥰 my favourite thing from maccas is an m&m mcflurry💖

The Coffee was good as Everytime! The Staff was very friendly. We could charge our Phones, Cameras and the Laptop there. They have at least 5 Power Sockets there. For People who travel in a Van without power, it was perfect!

Our recent visit with the whanau was pleasant. We were greeted with a smile and the service was good. Our little ones enjoyed playing on the playground, although the play ground suits older children 3yrs >. Our toddler needed constant help to climb up to go down the slide.

I just had the best burger I've ever eaten from a McDonald's. I dunno why but that double quarter pounder I just ate was actually hot straight off the grill. The beef parties were juicy and very well seasoned. If every burger I had was like that I'd be a very fat man. Thank you whoever was on the burger line today.

Usually incredibly quick service especially within the new drive thru section although inside the service tends to be slower and the cleaning needs work. Lovely staff and the 24/7 hours are great for late nights! In regards to the food quality I have no issues and the coffees are great!

The staff were great. But the place was not very clean so hence why only 4 stars. The food was quick and manager did not hesitate to step up and help me when I asked. It's a shame that the children's playground doesn't have an indoor option or inside kids play area for cold or rainy days as we had to sit in the cold because our toddler really wanted to play in the playground. They definitely have the space for it. They are a very spacious McDonald's. The food was great and chips very hot and fresh.

Good food, clean, and solid service. We came here after eating at "Sweet As" where we got served Leprechaun portions for $$$ and we were able to fill both our stomachs for half the price of that other place. Delicious hash browns and fries. Worth coming back to!

There's alot of space to walk around and sit in. There's a playground for your kids and tables in the same room so you can watch them. I normally order a Kiwi burger when it comes around and it's so good. The hash browns there are made perfectly and taste wonderful

Unlike any other McDonalds I've been to this one is in Nelson. If you are feeling brave order 'kiwi' 'burger' which is a local delicacy made out of ingredients foraged from the local produce wholesalers. But don't worry it doesn't really have any kiwi meat in it! This would be a contravention of a number if heath and safety, environmental and animal rights laws.

I went on the night of Bay Dreams 2018 and was surprised by how quick service was given it was such a busy day. The food was standard mcdonalds quality but it was still delicious. I also enjoyed that the actual dining area was open late, and not drive through only.

Took the kids there after a film. Just another McDonalds although to access the kids toilet you need to ask for a special key.....very annoying as sometimes kids can't hold their bladder while you wait for a staff member to get you the key. The playground inside was also very very filthy. I would strongly advise taking some hand sanitizer for your kids hands. Apart from that food arrives promptly, and lives up to standard.

A very big McDonalds, that's a fact! The place looks clean and there are always people walking around to help you. We came here by accident, because we were searching for a dry place, and this place was perfect. It's also a good place for families to go to. The only downside is that the queue can get very long if there are a lot of people.

I had a Kiwi burger and a side salad as well as a Sprite zero. The price was good and the hamburger was very tasty. I like the sliced beetroot on the hamburger. There is plenty of parking around the store. Parking is free. They open the windows and let the breeze blow in, which is nice. There is also a Mc Cafe coffee bar at this store.

Just like any McDonald's, it is good and when you don't want to spend too much money on food it's a good place to go. Located near the center it is accessible but car and by foot. There is also a kids playground which is good when the kids want to have a bit of fun while you eat.

When you are needing a coffee plus something sweet and near McDonald's go in and try a custard tart and a coffee at McCafe. Wow. The tart is amazing and the right size to make you feel satisfied and not quilty like when you have a burger and chips and wish you hadn't. I don't know about you but I do enjoy a dessert after an evening meal so I bought 6 custard tarts and put them in the freezer for later. Don't forget to get a loyalty card. Bon appetite.

The Nelson branch is by far the best McDonald's I have ever been to. Always perfectly prepared food with the chrispiest fries you could ask for from a fast food place in this category. Always the most amazing staff and drive thru service, I seem to always get a free item every time going there because the person before me doesn't want it and the staff there just give it to me free. My go to McDonald's period!

He is brilliant and extra helpful and definitely my number one choice for employee of the month

Service is always fantastic. Food is always at top quality. Windows so clean we watched a chick walk straight into it...... GOOD JOB! (There is still face print on window) Toilets are so elegant. The floors shine like diamonds. The staff are so joyful. The seats are so comfy to sit on. The playground is the most adventurous thing i've ever seen. Always so family friendly. Biggest McDonald's in Nelson, has a family playground and McCafe. Today service was immediate and they were open on Easter Sunday. Less food than expected at the McCafe at a lunchtime. Bathroom was clean.
