M.Had the galette for brunch which was spot on! J'étais en Bretagne un petit moment! Then we took the also ridiculously delicious Kouign Amann to Cable Bay. Day well spent, will definitely be coming back! Merci beaucoup!
C.If I could, Rustic Cuisine would get 6 stars. The food and coffee was top notch, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. If I lived in Nelson, I would be a regular here without a doubt.

J.Absolutely 💯fabulous. French galette is the best breakfast ever and the coffee is amazing. French pastries that are buttery and cabinet food that makes choosing so hard. We go every time we are in Nelson.

H.Our absolute FAVOURITE restaurant!! Everything is culinary PERFECTION!! The buckwheat galettes - every flavour is devine, cooked with love by the talented chefs and exceptional ingredients. My husband, son and I love everything on the menu, the crepes are next level too and the goat's cheese YUM! We have tried food at other French restaurants and nothing comes close to Rustic Cuisine. We were sooo gutted when La Gourmandise closed but are thrilled we can still get our absolute favourite kai again. The owner's are lovely, professional and kind with excellent customer service and attention to detail. If you haven't tried their phenomenal food yet you are missing out!! But shhhhh, don't tell too many people or the secret of Nelson's best food won't be a secret for long! A+++++++
