m.One of the best Indian restos in town. Great ambience and food. Starters are delicious and the main course never disappoints. A good business owner knows how a customer wants to be treated and the owner at flame definitely ensures that you have a great time. Highly recommended if you are new to the Indian food paradise!
C.Got the $21.99 combo for a chicken tika massala, garlic naan and kingfisher beer. Great value, the food was served quickly and the meal was delicious. Best I've had in quite a while! Would happily recommend them to anyone, anytime!
S.Went there just after 2.00pm today and had lunch. I had the goat curry and wife had chicken biryani. Absolutely beautiful food. Also had a naan each. Plates came out pipinig hot. They also have a lunch menu but we
missed by about 10 minutes

J.The food was lovely, cocktail was delicious! Unfortunately, our group were in a back room, which although it was a lovely room, I think we got forgotten by the very busy staff. Over an hour before they even took our drinks order. And that was after we went and asked about it. Extremely busy for a Wednesday. Maybe because they do takeaways too? But the food was superb. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant.

Flame Has some really good lunch and dinner deals.
The dinning experience was average, customer service was ok.
Our waiter was polite and handeld our complicated order well.
Our table was clean but I would recommend adding heating as I personally got a little cold.
Our drinks came quickly and were not long followed by our entree's.
And then our mains.
And let me tell you the meal was delicious.

P.Wait staff need to know the menu. Staff unable to tell us if there were nuts in any of the desert items as allergy. Weren't at all knowledgeable or willing to go and ask chefs. Ended up ordering cocktail instead
C.Good butter chicken and nice atmosphere. $8.90 special for lunch can't be beat.
Recommend for a quick stop and bite before movies.

L.This was one of the best Indian meals we have ever had. The food was so tasteful with delicious flavours. We had the $20 special with an extra couple of rice dishes and a Bombay potatoes, plus a couple of extra drinks and it came to less than $65 in total.

S.After walking the main street to find a nice spot for a lunch date. We stumbled on this classy looking joint. It was clean, elegant and had style. We stepped inside and was placed at a table with great comfy seats. To our surprise the prices were very affordable and the food didn't take long to make its way to our table. It was also some of the best tasting indian in town. 5 stars all the way.

D.Currently have a $20 deal on which is very popular and for good reason the food is good and the booth we say in was very comfortable. Staff levels are low possibly due to level 2 covid restrictions but if you are not in a hurry the wait is fine and pleasant
V.Hands down, best Palak paneer I've ever been served! I asked for it hot and there was certainly no disappointment. You can taste how fresh the ingredients are too. I'm halfway through my meal and my mouth is still watering! Excellent service too. I will definitely recommend this place and be back when we return to New Plymouth. Thanks team!!
L.great experience! The website allows you to order online and then pickup which for an Indian restaurant is quite novel. Then upon collection I was given free desserts, offered a drink whilst I waited and then given a Valentines Day balloon to take home to my wife! All little things but when combined with great food make it a great experience. Well done flame!

H.Best Indian food in new Zealand, no need to go to India for Indian food, just go to FLAME. If you love spicy dishes then try samosa with spicy green chutney, warn you that you may order it 2 times everyday.
