We had the Steak and Schnitzel, excellent. Lovely, polite, clean staff. Gorgeously cooked meal. Clean environment. Good lighting, tables well spaced, nice to view the kitchen, love that!. Only negative, music was a little loud, one staff member not wearing a mask. Otherwise, lovely night out.

Joes garage is now on our list of favourites! Went here for lunch on a Monday afternoon, was quickly seated by a friendly staff. The place has a great vibe to it and the lovely ambiance adds to it. We got the fried chicken burger, chips, fried chicken and cheesecake. Everything was PERFECT! Best fried chicken I’ve had in a long time. Cheesecake was dense and perfectly sweet. It went really well with the berry compote and the whipped cream on the side! Portions are good and great value. Definitely coming back to try their pizza!

Just want to give a big shout out to Kirsty who was the Barista last Saturday(16 October) on our regular morning visit - who went above and beyond to ensure the misunderstanding over my deconstructed tea was efficiently sorted out - all done with smiles and apologies over a problem that wasn’t even of her making. Kirsty must also have a great memory as she seems to remember all the quirks we have with our orders - often up to 20+ of us 🤗 Also loved our meals there the other night 👍

Celebrated my sister's birthday today, was a lunch booking of 7 people including 2 children. The food was delicious, picklets so yummy. My father devoured and raved about the schnitzel. Both children loved their meals. The apple juice the kids had seemed a bit old, but staff were happy to provide alternative drinks. Would recommend.

Absolutely love the food doesn’t matter if it is breakfast, lunch or dinner. Coffee is amazing. Was there on a not so busy day and they completely forgot about our table, got our drinks after our food arrived and never got my coffee. When i paid the bill, they came with my coffee. This is after we had breakfast already. Still gave it to me and didn’t charge me (thank you) Just think a bit of organising will be helpful. The female chef also didn’t look very happy on the day.

Nice place, staff were friendly. Beef cheek stew was excellent but a measly accompaniment of hot chips. Coleslaw was not good, dry and limp. Pizza was big and tasty. Beers were ok. Only slight problem was being charged for a beer we didn’t have but that could happen in a a lot of places.

Nice and relaxing atmosphere with great decor. Burgers were really good and the pizzas were huge and very tasty too. Staff were pleasant and the service was good. Only let down was the Margarita cocktail served in a short glass with no fancy extras (sugared rim and lime) so was very strong tasting. Was out daughters first ‘legal’ drink as it was her 18th birthday and didn’t like it, neither did I and I’ve tried quite a few Margaritas in my time! 🍸

We visited the place for brunch this morning. The waitress was friendly but unfortunately she forgotten to put our order through. After an hour we started to wonder where our meals were. The same waitress came and apologised and promised to put our order through straight away and offered to give us complimentary drinks. We said that it is okay but she should first put our order up and then could come back and take the drink orders. When the waitress came back, one of our kids asked for smoothie as the kid didn't order any drink initially. The waitress then said that the manager said that they can't offer anymore drinks but the drinks we had will be free. On that note the mum of the kid said that the kid has been waiting for more than hour and it's going to take another 15 to 20 minutes to cook the food don't you think the staff should offer complimentary drink to the kid as a courtesy to compensate for the wait and inconvenience. The waitress refused by saying it's the managers call. In the end the waitress charged one of my friends for her orange juice as well. When we questioned isn't the drinks you said we had will be on the house, the waitress said the offer was only for the coffees. We were stunned to hear that. This service was of low quality. Overall it was disrespectful and a complete disappointment. I suggest the staff (manager) should receive training on customer service and management. Also, the waiting staff should know what the company could offer or not before they make false promises to the customers. This only shows lack of communication and service standards.

We left due to her ignoring us for quite some time, after pointing us in the direction of a table. This is not her first act at poor service. She’s ruining their good reputation However the chap we spoke to couldn’t apologise enough & offered us something to take away. Due to time constraints we couldn’t wait any longer. I think she should be demoted to sweeping the floors, and watching how “real” staff work. We both work in the review business & feel she needs a formal warning. Our colleagues will be back sooner rather than later to enjoy the delicious meals, and see if the young lady in question has improved. Keep up the great work Chef(s)

Food was amazing. The portion sizes were perfect, filled me up but wasn't overfill. The service however left a bit to be desired. I was there as part of a group and they came back 2 or 3 times asking one lady what drink it was that she wanted. They also forgot about 2 deserts (both cheesecakes) and one person had to go up to the bar to ask where the desserts were. Also there was a bit of confusion with paying the bill (we payed seperatly) and they didn't seem to know who had payed and who had had what.

This place has a bit of a hard rock kind of vibe to it. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, definitely great service. The food was ok, I wasn’t really taken by it, the iced coffee wasn’t cold and the chicken burger was a bit flavorless. My friend said the double cooked pork belly was good so maybe try that next time. Prices are reasonable at $18 for the burger and $26 for the pork.
