Although the staff were friendly and the meals were okay I have had some food missing from my orders, on separate occasions. The staff were all good about it but it shouldn't really happen in the first place. More training needed perhaps??

Shop was nice and clean. Staff very friendly. But my big mac was the worst I have ever had. Someone way over did the special sauce and that was all I could taste. Not very pleasant at all.

Only been thru drive thru so far but around a half dozen times. Staff friendly and competant. Only complaint is 3 out of 6 times in evenings the frozen drinks havnt been available because machine down apparently.

It feels morose, uncertain about procedures with covid precautions but walking in we placed our order and the staff were polite and friendly. Thank you for your sensitive nature. It was our 1st time in and we agreed the coffee/tea with muffins was delicious.

Typical Maccas..first visit this one was a bit confused ending up in the McCafe and told to order via machine..not my scene..staff were helpful..it's very expensive for what you get.

Been through the drive-through here twice now, and both times, I've received such good service from the girls. They're all so warm and friendly!! Really surprises me because a lot of other fast foods places barley acknowledge you and workers often seem miserable. It's a really nice change being served here 🙂 Mcdonalds Bell Block looks really modern, and my food is always super fresh. I'm in and out of there so quick. It's just great! Great location aswell!! Saves the drive into New Plymouth x

Nice shop just don't like the self ordering system. Not good for older people and should have the option to order from a per. Older people don't do MacDonalds everyday

First order came out in a reasonable time when the place was at lunch rush. Went back once lunch rush was over and ordered a sundae. Took 10 minutes to get this and a staff member who went on break and ordered food after I was already standing at counter waiting for my order received food prior to me. Wasnt ideal.

Okay they are not even busy sometimes at lunch rush hour and they still forget some off your order. For exsample I shouted my workplace but they forgot chips but added only 1 . when there was supposed to be 4 so been charrged extra but got drinks sundaes etc. Don't understand how you forget to add something when there is no rush. Just to be a note they do forget so check your order before leaving :)

I have been there twice the staff member didn't listen to me I ordered 2 happy meals ended up with three. Tonight the burgers were cold and horrible and the icecream sundaes were watery.
