Nice space outside to sit, both covered section and uncovered. Giant Connect 4 game for the kids and dog friendly! A great spot on a sunny day... ☀️ Food was tasty, staff were nice and we'd come back when next visiting the area.

Honestly a bit of a hit and miss everytime I go here. One week its great with delicious food and friendly efficient staff and another week staff forget to even take your order… I do love their food but sometimes the staff seem very grumpy.

Thoroughly enjoyed my massive Beef Burger and Criss Cut fries, outside area for if you have noisey kids like we did was great, there menus and crayons also help to keep the kids busy momentarily. Friendly Waite staff, and a nice cosy warm atmosphere, aside from my meal you 'Must' try the cheece cake with chocolate cake bass mmmm.

Yummy food. Always very busy. I had the chicken burger and there was a bit of food envy.

Had the southern style chicken. With the sauce on the side. Very nice. Our friend had asked for the beef burger. It was a Cajun type flavour, way to hot for her. We did check the menu and there was no reference to a spicy or strong flavoured beef patty. Just check. The service was excellent and the toilets were clean and tidy. They have very good COVID-19 practices.

We were there for dinner on New Year's Eve. The tables were quite well spaced out. Our meals were very good. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. My husband was able to have ham with salad, rather than the roast veggies. Unfortunately he didn't like the gravy , but that was a minor detail. He had the pavlova for dessert, and it was presented really well.

Had dinner last night 9 in the party. Food was great as usual but very disappointed in the service! We were ignored most of the time. Drink orders forgotten etc. Had to ask for plates to be cleared had to go to bar to get dessert menus and then order at bar as well.! Not good enough and was not even a busy night!!

I had a big breakfast. I needed to send the eggs back because I don't like them under cooked and snotty. My friends all had good meals. The coffees and teas were good. Nice to be able to sit outside on the deck under the veranda.

Great and friendly service, was served as soon as we walked in. Food took some time to arrive, but it was so busy I'd expect that. The food itself was delicious and hot. Kids meals are on the large size for a toddler and in hindsight my two could share a meal. Lovely atmosphere, you can sit outside as it is undercover. I would recommend this place to others.

Our favourite place to go for a very enjoyable meal - Excellent menu, very friendly staff and an awesome venue - Prior to darn Covid-19 was a good place to go on a Tuesday night for quiz night - With a bit of luck this will start up again sooner or later - Would definitely recommend Stumble Inn for your next outing. Had an evening meal here, whilst staying overnight nearby. Typical New Zealand pub food, portion sizes are huge and quality very average. I had fish and chips and the fish batter was flabby and a long way from being crisp, so overall a bit disappointed. In view of the owner's responce, we wonder about social responsibility policy regarding New Zealand's obesity crisis and food wastage?
