G.Absolutely delicious. I wish I'd come here my 1st night in New Plymouth rather than my last because I'd have come several times!
R.Amazing sushi, fun experience with the train, basic to complicated sushi which suit all taste buds.
Recommend booking in advance and reserving a seat by the train!

M.Discovered Sushi Ninja whilst on a one night stop over in New Plymouth. Great place for authentic Japanese food and service, from the Chef greeting you as you enter, to the really delicious food. Well worth a visit (or three!!), you won't be disappointed. They also run a 'Sushi Train' on certain days, which we are sorry we missed out on but will partake in, next time we're in NPL.

S.Food has always been amazing whenever I've gone in, staff always friendly, the chefs great you when you arrive too. Food is well priced and the wait times aren't usually that long for anything ordered.

been to outside of Auckland within this price range. And a massive reason for that is the sashimi. The salmon sashimi in particular is the best I’ve ever had, better than anything in Japan. The second reason is the chicken karaage, also among the best I’ve ever tasted. Massively recommended
L.We came from Wellington for holiday and found this lovely Japanese restaurant. Their food is amazing! Full of flavour. I feel like they are better than most Japanese place in Wellington. We'll definitely be back if we visit new plymouth again. Big thank you to their lovely staff and chef. You made my last day of the trip.
N.Went as a group of 11. Was a great night. The food was amazing, even trying foods out of our comfort zones. We will definitely be eating there again.
