Tequenos (Deep fried breaded cheese stick)! Arepas! (kinda like a taco) and they are Gluten free!! Sooooo good. Also check out whatever sweet goodie they have in the cabinet. Must try!!!
J.My first visit created a new craving! I’m used to high quality Mexican back home, but not Venezuelan - some flavor similarities, but unique. I love how the arepas fried corn shell hold together better than a taco tortilla, and have a nice mix of textures. Check their Facebook page for current location and hours, food trucks gonna food truck! They gave out several freebies while I was waiting, lucky me <3
L.After seeing their page on Facebook two weeks back, we finally tried their menu. It is our first time to try Venezuelan Cuisine/Food. We ordered Arepas (Lamb and Pork), Cassava Bbq, Empanadas (Beef and Chicken), Cachitos, Tequeño, and Pumpkin Pie. Everything was tasty, delicious and filling. We love and highly recommend the Arepas, Cassava Bbq and Tequeño. The owners were very friendly too. A must try here in Taranaki. 🤍💙
