Ey up took a while to order but let me swap chips to coleslaw and served up lightning fast. One of pieces of chicken was sparrow size but happy enough.

When I visited this store, I noticed the staff were a bit standoffish. Possibly because they had just come off level four lockdown and may have been rushed. Star rating reflects he quality of food too. May change my review when I visit again. Recommend for fast food

It's KFC drive thru but the girl working was very nice

Really felt for the team yesterday as they were definitely under pressure. The drive thru moved quickly which left me regretting my decision to go in, as it took quite a while. The staff were absolutely fabulous and doing their best. Our meals were very nice and the team gave great service.

Yummy hot and fresh...covid level 2 so no dining in and the toilet was closed to public. Lovely helpful staff gave directions and recommendations for us traveling to Dunedin. Thanks team

This KFC has to be the best ever! The staff were excellent from entering to leaving. The young lady who took our order was lovely and helpful. The lady who made the coffee great! The shop was very tidy. I would say well done to the staff at Oamaru!! Besides that the chicken was fresh and beautifully cooked. 5 stars!!!

Food was good. But unfortunately the wait to order food and then the wait for food are just way too long. 40 minutes with 2 little children is a long time. ( there were not many people in at the time in the restaurant only drive through)

It is always hit and miss with these guys. Sometimes they have food and you get through really quick other times there can upto a forty minute wait, and no compensation for it because they know that they are the only ones here. Service is the same. Sometimes you can get a nice polite person and other times they don't even smile at you. They need some training, I mean GOOD training on service.

Nice one. Very fast service they have. But they have to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene as well, especially during the rainy season as it smells like a butchery along with the fishy smell inside the outlet.

This is my Families favourite KFC next to Ashburton. Food is always fresh & hot. Staff are friendly. Waiting time usually not very long. We did have 1 slight hiccup couple of visits ago but manager was extremely understanding & gave us credit on our next visit.

Busy most times. Not very clean inside. Make sure you check your order, 2x they made a mistake with my orders. Not too fussed because I like chicken too much. Don't bother to explain because it's a waste of time. If you you like to complain, make sure you have your receipt. Good luck. LoL.
