K. C.Went to the North Star restaurant for a team lunch and had one of the best lunches I think I’ve ever had. The food was full of flavour, warm and delicious, just what I needed to fill my grumbling stomach on a cold day. The service was immaculate, friendly staff who greeted us with smiles and some lovely chat. I would be back here in a heartbeat and I highly recommend to anyone in Oamaru, or anyone who is near because I would drive 45 minutes to get a meal like this again. Thanks to North Star!!!

D. C.We popped in here for a late breakfast. They don't actually have a breakfast menu, but we had a very reasonably priced ribeye steak cooked to our order and delicious. The fries that came with it were seasoned nicely and the side salad was really tasty. Thoroughly enjoyed it and it didn't break the bank.

C.Absolutely wonderful stuff, very pleasant and friendly, I'm vegan and had a vegan salad with roasted veggies and Couscous and I have to say I've been vegan for years and it's the best meal I have had and well priced for the sizing you get , so big shutout to the chef, brilliant, will definitely be coming back and staying and having our meals there, thanks guys ❤❤
