Lots of mess ups for the short amount of time that I was here, sorted it rather quickly though, the seating area was not well kept, kinda messy, but hey I guess they do their best... 🤷

They were so cool and I get quite frustrated with the quality of service at most fast food restaurants it's like service with attitude. So yesterday while I was fatigued after after work and rolled up through the drive through and asked for quarter pounders, not only was the response patient and kind but it was nice to grab a meal and just go home after a long day

Hmm, I must have had a newbie serve me... I would have given you a five star rating if you offered me a tissue to clean the chocolate syrup off my fingers after you knocked my milkshake over and I replaced the lid. Customer service 4 - food and shake 4.5.

I was told five star service. I was so impressed with the food. The head chef on the chips really knows how to chef them up. The burger always cooked to perfection the chef's out the back constructing these creations only a god would eat. So super impressed.

Great loyalty program, best of any fast food chain. Food is better and cheaper than McDonald's. Drinks machine however is not good, flavours mix as they all come out of the same opening. Other than that I recommend if in the mood for fast food.

This BK is conveniently located on Fitzherbert Street next to plenty of hotels and motels. The service was pretty good including the cleanliness of the restaurant. Word of warning, make sure you note the closing time as we just made it in to get the last service before they closed the door. Plenty of peeps left outside in the cold not able to get any grub!

Only one comment to pass. Redesign the window in the drive through at the presenter. The design is far from being functional. I watched a staff member having to bend for every vehicle they presented food an drink too as the computer table is too close to the window thereby restricting the presenter from safely doing their job.

Fast friendly service. Some items are starting to become no value for $ $. If BK just dropped their prices 5-10% across the range I'm really sure they would sell lots more n most likely take over the fast food market.

came to burger king rangitikei street palmerston north yesterday for a quick feed, had friendly quick service, and as i went to grab my order i knocked over my frozen drinks(TOTALLY MY FAULT 😂) Without a fuss or a word said(other than asking if i was ok) my drinks were replaced and a bit of drink went on a burger so that also got replaced..staff quickly put signs up and cleaned the mess and all this was done in the time i walked to the bathroom cleaned up and got bak...VERY IMPRESSED GUYS VERY IMPRESSED...thanks for not making me feel more shamed than i already did 😂😂😂
