Me and my wife walked in to eat in the diner until the young manager boy rudely interrupted our waitress taking our order to ask us to wear a mask we both have exemptions which he asked to see them my wife showed hers and said to him it’s actually don’t have to produce it which he replied yes you do and wouldn’t stop going on about it then proceeded to carry on out the back to another worker snickering about it. We waited for our order and got the hell out of there felt uncomfortable and unwanted the girl who served us was very apologetic to us for her managers behaviour the food was great and our server was really lovely but the manager needs to learn some customer service.

Not bad not bad. Nice food, friendly staff. Probably one of the cleanest bk's I've ever seen. Which is still not very clean but nice effort anyway.

they are 50/50. Sometimes their whoppers are made perfectly, other times it looks like someone stood on the whopper and chucked it in the microwave (figuratively speaking).

Clean, well presented and helpful staff. Service quick and efficient. Food was great. Apart from limited seating due to Covid, this business is hard to fault.

Food was ok, as expected from a BK. It was a little loud from something making a buzzing sound behind the counter and this made it hard to understand the lady taking our order. Only other issue was the fancy soft drink dispenser which can add flavors to your drink, but when I tried to have a sprite with no flavours it was getting contamination from other drink consistently.

Place was a mess. On drink machine pushed button for sprite...not entirely sure what i ended up with but it wasnt sprite! Samething happened with fanta. Make sure to check your order and receipt as i ordered 1 combo from flyer using the code and it was no where near what i ordered. Turned out it wasnt updated in the system. Then to add insult to injury didnt even receive what the wrong item anyways. Long wait time. Staff very flustered

Usually is in a bit of a state amenities wise. but the food is just as you would expect for fast food restaurants! The rebel chook is the best chicken alternative my wife has ever tried.

Well maintained BK. They have a drive through which can get busy at times. The place inside has enough seating capacity and the good thing I like about the place is unlimited drinks. This is ofcourse when you purchase specific meal packages that entitles you to a small, medium or large cup.

I went in and ordered no 17 and no 13 as meals and 2 no 6 as burgers only. The till receipt showed no 7, no13 and the two no 6's. When this was brought to the attention of the staff I was asked to pay the difference, which I did, although the mistake was on their end. When I was part way home, and I live 40k from the BK we discovered that what was supposed to be a Beef burger (The King Mighty) had actually had a chicken pattie put in it. I was disappointed, but my husband ate the burger anyway. Why was I charged extra and then still NOT get what I ordered? This means I will not be going into this particular store again.

Having not been here before, I was pleasantly surprised. The Staff were great, but because my food order was takeaway, it was only lukewarm when I got home.

Was good burger's ,but my sons frozen drink was not frozen, already half melted ,so service was pretty poor on that ! Normally good frozen drinks an food plus service!! I guess it depends on who is on the drive thru and if they are short staffed , normally clean tidy place ,good inside eating area really close to the city and motels , normally good service and I recommend them if your a BK fan .

Everything is quickly made however sometimes people make a big mess that needs to be cleaned up. once i went there and me and my friends brought some food, we were given everything in small even though we ordered everything in large and quickly had to get it changed which did mean a bit more waiting and sorta a waste of our time considering it could have just been done correctly the first time

Sometimes there is a wait here but you find that in all fast food restaurants , service was good and friendly my visit today was quick and efficient and i didn't have to wait in a line either this time round which i was quite surprised with being a Sunday and this was 30 minutes after midday 🙂🙂👏👏

I love Burger King for 2 things viz Bacon Burger and All The Flamed Burgers. I travel frequently overseas 1 or twice yearly and I won't miss a Bacon Burger from the King! Friendly staff and great service you can always expected from a well run franchise! Enjoy.

Located within the town center across the road from The Plaza and Pak n Save. This location is pretty popular throughout the week, cleanliness is above average, and food quality is as expected. Expect delays when it is busy due to its popularity.

Excellent customer services. We ordered something that we didn't realize would have a sauce on it, and even though it was completely our fault, they took it back and gave us a new one prepared the way we wanted it. Very pleased.
