P.Good clean restaurant. Services are quick and polite. Also quieter than the Kmart Mall enterprise.
Struck a good customer service person. I had the weekly offer of Big Mac, cheese burger and chips, $6.00
Asked about the free Chicken McNuggets. She showed me how to locate that on the phone.
Amazingly helpful. So I got all that for $6.

G.Early morning Staff at McDonalds Princess Street, Palmerston North are outstanding, helpful and always chirpy so early, after their overnight late shifts. Full credit to them. They deserve a huge pat in the back
B.I don't know who the absolute legend is. But to whoever was making hot chocolates at 10:30pm on the date of this review, thank you from the bottom of my heart cause that Shiz slapped. 10/10 recommend and keep it up damn!

L.I notice.... McDonald's don't seem to be giving napkins in the Drive thru takeaways anymore. I was caught out twice from the Dannevirke McDonald's. This time I checked the bag. Are they trying to save money by leaving it out and only give it if the customer request it? If they wrapped half the burger then put in the box would be handy. Guess a special trademark for Carl's Jr.

Y.Ordered 8 burgers from the driveway and was requested to park the car as it would take some time.three cars behind were requested to do the same. I always go here. Cheesy chicken burger is $3.50!

A.If U are on cruches your floor tiles are very slippery and I have fallen because if its raining realy bad got one leg so I'm on cruches .and it scary and if U clean floors they were I end up falling

Q.Went there on a hunt for some coffee, ordered a Mocha....for just over 5 bucks the size was very very generous. I have also not tasted such an amazing Mocha before, my best reccomendation for Mocha will definitely be Maccas Princess street! 10 out of 10!

V.The girl doing the coffee didn't serve me so I wasn't too happy. At least my husband got his burgers and chips I should have told him to order me a large coffee instead of me waiting at the coffee counter... I travel an hour and a half to watch my Son's rugby game look forward to a capuccinoo on the way home very sad.

J.Food and service great BUT your carpark is the worst carpark ever.
When its busy and the cars are queued out onto Ferguson St you cant get out of the drive thru after being served, then you have to get thru the line of cars waiting to go thru the drive thru, and finally battle with the people who have come off Princess St to enter the drive thru.
By the time you get out of the carpark your food is almost cold. I'm sure there is some road rage in there at times 😬

M.In regards to the food, sure is Maccas. In regards to the staff, they were absolutely amazing, spoke super clearly and were really friendly.

You can also choose to take the sugar out of your iced coffee (got to ask thou, surely people should have to ask to have it put in......)
R.It was like skydiving on acid while having sex with God. Words alone cannot describe the majesty, the sublimity, the awe. I left with the realization that all life is beautiful.
P.This time was better than the last time. Very helpful staff (cleaning woman especially),went that extra mile to make sure the kids were happy 😊
T.It's a McDonald's what more can I say. They half fill your fries like all the rest of the restaurants so you have to go back and ask who ate half of them. When their not busy they still miss out items. You get the full experience not matter what MD's you go to.

A.Never had any issues with my orders here unlike other various McDonald's. There's nothing worse than not getting what you paid for. If it's really busy and you are asked to wait, they always apologise. Excellent customer service regardless of how busy they are. Personally I've only ever used the drive thru. The car park/drive thru can be difficult when extremely busy, the lay out is strange although that's most maccas other than that... Good job guys!

J.All around decent McDonalds, could be better but wouldn't expect anymore from a McDonalds in Palmerston North. Decent service, decent food, nice interior and a very nice refill machine. However can usually be a bit of a wait and usually a bit messy but like I said wouldn't expect any less for a McDonalds in Palmy.

J.Food was good and environment was good also, only problem was that a few items were missing from our orders, but they were happy to fix the problem and give the missing items.
J.It was a delightful experience!. The food was HOT ,service was quick staff were friendly and helpful. So CLEAN ! The cleaner was sweeping,mopping and clearing the tables,she was very good.
R.It was convenient today. I wouldn't ordinarily buy from McD, but service good. Helpful lady showed me how to use the ordering machine. Distancing well established.
M.I am not very good at patronising fast food places but it was a good experience getting the chocolate sundae advertised not knowing the name. I find it hard to order items as for me I need a menu . Yes I am an old fart so don't eat out on the run often.

E.It's always very busy, so I know it's hard to keep up with clearing and cleaning the tables so I would like to see more staff assigned to this task.
S.Currently away on holiday we stopped in here for a quick bite, the restaurant itself was appalling, nobody had been out to the lobby to tidy up, did however wipe the table down myself before sitting down, which I could see was of no fault of the staff but maybe the owner as they were slammed.
The reason why I give this a five start experience is because I was served by the loveliest girl, Zara, I wanted to go back in and pass on the compliment. She was the only thing that made this mildly enjoyable. However I did see the other staff being rather rude to her which I did not appreciate as she was the only one to crack a smile at my family and I. Well done Zara! Hope this gets passed on to you, you deserve it. Thank you for your service that day.

M.Better than the other Mc Donald's for sure!! But please have more lighting in the driveway area coming off Princess Street. As last night I couldn't find a clear way through the cars waiting in a very long line going all the way back to Princess Street.

K.Food is ok, standard McDonald's NZ. Order time is quick with the help of the touchscreen self service counter. However, sometimes the order number on the touchscreen is different than what's written on the tv (tells you which order number is ready), so it can get confusing. For example on the touchscreen it says 022, but on the TV is says 722.
G.Just popped in for a cool soft serve ice cream, vanilla flavour, as it was.very muggy. Very refreshing.

T.You know what it is; you get what you're looking for. It's too expensive for what it is and it's not good, but it's better than Burger King and more familiar the Carl's Junior so 9 times out of 10 it wins out.
