J.Phone lines were down, but I was adamant I needed Pompeii for tea. Lol
They fixed the issue (and yay, let us know on Facebook about it, which meant I wasn't just going crazy for no reason lol)
Delivery was hassle-free.
And maaaaate, it did not disappoint!
C.C.C Is my jam and it was soooo tasty. Everything was hot, chips and garlic bread were on point and the dessert pizza was the best way to finish it all upl!

O.Ordered takeaways from here last night and it was great! My partner and I both ordered one of their vegetarian pizzas (the centaur I believe), they were delicious! The fries were cooked to perfection also, its very rare that you get delish fries when food is t/a but they were perfect. They cater really well for GF and DF people. The lady who I spoke to on the phone was super lovely and even though there was a wait on deliveries it came a lot sooner than expected which is always nice. We will definitely be ordering again, thanks!

T.Always excellent service and has been my entire life. Extremely busy Sunday night and the service was on point. Starters and meals come out in an orderly fashion and waiters were super friendly and continued to check on us throughout the meal. Certainly a go to for guaranteed satisfaction

My family and I went again for Fathers' Day 2020. It was a superb experience. Delicious pizzas with toppings you can't get anywhere else, great service, expensive prices and hard seats but well worth it.

R.The food in this place is amazing! Pizza's with gourmet toppings and full of flavour. Heaps of toppings which makes them very filling and delicious. Also had some of the lasagne and breads for starters and was lovely. Dessert was absolutely huge and best served between two. Friendly and fast service. Rustic interior which gives the place a nice atmosphere.

We had a lovely time and the front of house staff were so attentive and everything came out in a timely manner despite it being very busy. Love the new range of options on the menu. L.It was my first time eating at Pompeii Pizza & tbh felt a little let down. The garlic bread was nice but the satay chicken pizza was soo dry. Hopefully I just got a dud & lots of ppl say they're usually damn good.

n.Fantastic Service and the Pizza Specials on a Sunday to Wednesday is fantastic $9.90 for the amazing Honolulu Stopover and The Gladiator. My boys love there pizzas and so do I. Not to forget there Garlic Bread. Delicious...mmm. You have to try.

pizzas are jammed pack with toppings - on top of that it tastes brilliant. quick service and friendly staff :)

V.Pompeii Pizza had a nice atmosphere and the staff were very attentive.
For an entree, we ordered the cheesy pizza which was 10/10 absolutely amazing!
Unfortunately the expectations were not met with our mains: The savoury crepes were bland, the schnitzel parmesan was of low quality, and the lasagne was too tomatoey. The pizzas were an improvement over our entree pizzas, but none were on par with the entree cheesy pizza.
I may potentially visit again because the place is very reasonably priced, but I will probably stick to the cheesy garlic bread pizza and maybe try a different main dish.
J.Always awesome. 2 colossus pizzas - half n half - Zorba the Greek, ABC, Mexican sunset, and the Euro, a bottle of Chianti and a garlic and Parmesan bread. Best dinner for two a $100 can get ya in palmy. We are pretty big eaters but always manage to bring a whole pizza Home with us - they're happy to box up what can't be finished. So it works out to be quite cheap really.
P.The meal was absolutely delicious and as for the desert couldn't fault it. Staff nice and friendly

We didn't have a booking, and seated ourselves at an empty table. The waitress was initally a bit confused/put out by this, but was absolutely professional - service was prompt and regular. Drinks were kept topped up, and our orders taken quickly. The pizzas were without a doubt the best any of us has ever had - so pleased we chose Pompeii for our final meal in Palmerston North!

T.The pizza was top quality as usual but the service was not good. I stacked up the plates to clearly indicate we had finished and easily 15 mins passed after we finiahed before they approached the table to clear, I asked for dessert....and she left with the plates on the table! This wasn't the only service fopar of the night either.... I couldn't believe it..4 stars for food lost 2 stars for service.

N.Visited with co workers for dinner. Great selection of pizza & yummy food. Nice to have half & half options. The desserts (chocolate & Baileys cakes) are very generous portions. Service was fantastic. Lots of people getting takeaways & there were a number of reservations so you know it's good.
