Came here during a quiet hour so service and food was good. Decent burgers and very good fries !!! The bun was soft and had a good amount of veggies and sauce. Definitely better than ordering a burger at a pub or cafe, so I recommend this place! Do wish they serve the food on a tray if dining in because everything is takeout, just wasteful but easier for them not to clean up I suppose… They should also have a recycling bin for cans.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely 😍 Burger station in the heart of the Palmston#Palmy north. ..The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing.... Absolutely the best meal deal @ town all day for free...we had a while wait but it's worth it. Highly recommend $$$ deal values

Really awesome smash burgers packed with heaps of flavour that just screams a good burger. Way better than Maccas, BK, Burger Fuel. I had the Dirty Duke combo (12.5$ burger alone, $6 for a medium fries and a canned drink) and my partner had the same and we split a pile of Onion Rings ($7.5 for about 16 onion rings). Onion rings are the best in town. They got a free arcade machine with endless games to play on while you wait. One suggestion is to move to Brioche buns as the buns could have been nicer, but no complaints here. Will for sure return.

Great atmosphere, however food was very bland and underseasoned. Chips and one of the burgers was drowned in mustard. Good potential but missed the mark.

Great alternative to BK. Nice tasting burgers, reminds me of burger fuel. A huge range of burger types to suite anyone. I would recommend doubling the patties as their singlular one is quite thin.

Certainly worth the visit and good burgers.. Had the smash 11.5$ with small fries which were ample quantity with tenders 7.5$. Forgot to take the pics as the food was very tempting.. will visit again..

Great burgers, good size to them. Crispy grilled flavour. Shop was a bit rowdy, if that's your thing. Chap who served us was upbeat and chatty, provided great service, will definitely return!

This was my first time ordering from this store, and I'll start with WOW! The food was absolutely amazing, I ordered for pickup in the afternoon and ate for dinner. Even reheating the meal the food tasted incredible. The website was super easy to navigate and order, and the pickup time was spot on. The chicken tenders were juicy and the seasoning is delicious. The burger itself was so much bigger than I thought, I ordered a snack size expecting it to be a similar size to the burgerfuel snack sizes and was pleasantly surprised when it was near the size of burgerfuel's full size burgers. Definitely great value for money, I got two meals out of the combo because I couldn't finish the burger or half the chips, there was so much. Will definitely be visiting this store again, simply delicious food, great value for money and the atmosphere inside the store is great.

Me and my daughter ordered cheeseburgers. The staff were very friendly, food was delivered very quickly, burgers were huge, heaps of fries. But unfortunately our table was not cleaned from the previous order and burgers were just too salty.

The Restaurant itself and the menu look really good... Unfortunately they mucked up our order...loaded fries not included🤨 not really cool when you've just paid 50 dollars for your food... Chicken burger was good, beef burger was kinda dry...might go again but certainly not in a hurry.

My second visit. Had the Castle burger. Overall, it was ok. Reckon too much sauce on burger. Agree with another review about the buns. Maybe they should upgrade them. I went there at 5pm on a weekday. Granted it was a busy time but find the 20-minute a bit long. Couldn't really taste any of the streaky bacon. Carl's Jnr's bacons in their burgers are crunchier & tastier! Just my 2-cents worth feedback. Will go back & try another burger next time.

Best burgers in Palmerston North or pretty close. We got this for the first time this week. Nice filling and delicious burgers and great fries. Good service, except online ordering was a bit glichy but otherwise good customer service experience on a particularly busy night. Highly recommend and definitely going back.

I’m not a real burger fan as find them difficult to eat without getting super messy but I did have an extremely tasty Mr Ed burger here this evening. The sauce was amazingly tangy and there was plenty of it - hence the messiness! Lots and lots of very yummy chicken and bacon. My only criticism was the cafe was pretty cold, the odd heater would be appreciated.

I enjoyed my burger, it was nice, not amazing, but nice. The bun was really good, the sauce was slightly overpowering of the other flavours and a bit one dimensional. The chips were a bit cold. I did takeaway, but I work about 5-7 minutes away, so they shouldn't have been that cold. Honestly if I could give 4.5 stars I would. But the food is better than 4 stars. I think with a bit more time this place could be a solid burger joint.

Pretty cool... given extra star for communications. I reckon extra star that I added would be good to get another veggie option... and few additional extras desert other type of potato things with dips for sides... apart from that was really cool great atmosphere... staff made me feel comfy... I usually get a bit overwhelmed on some places... but even though was pretty much no booths etc to hide in ... the art stuff on the walls and design of stuff made me feel relaxed... love the box the burger comes in... it's such a cool idea... oh only final thing was front door on a windy day us hard as... ###@$% *¥!!! to open plus insure which way you push or pul... congrats... good luck with lockdown... will defiantly come back for a meal and a video game... sweet... ps your staff are awesome and very friendly and they are very cool looking they suit the style for sure... tell them this...

Recently ordered a takeaway meal from here. Chips were decent, abit dry but nicely flavoured and the burger was great. Only thing that was missing was the drinks I paid for to wash down the semi-dry chips but didn't receive - only once I got home and opened the bag I noticed they were missing!.

We stumbled upon ReBurger when the place we were going had a huge wait, and we are so glad that happened! The service was lovely, but the burgers.... they were phenomenal! I have never had a burger so fresh and soft! Seriously... if I had falsies, I could have taken them out and gummed the burger! The onion rings were yumm too. We had two burgers, a medium chips and onion rings and had far too much to finish ther, so took it home and finished it later (with a small fight over the last onion rings). Burgers were saucy. No shortage of any fillings. Crisp, fresh lettuce. All was fresh. Am quite glad they are in Palmy and not Masterton as I can't stop thinking about the burgers and wanting more!!

That had to be the tastiest burger and fries I think I have ever had.... if you are looking for a burger that doesn't taste like a mass produced piece of cardboard i.e. something that starts with m and ends with d's then this is where you go. Simply sensational. We are coming back for more.

Gave ReBurger a go on their opening day. Burgers was delish, chips portion was HUGE, loaded fries were great. They were running a little behind but not by much and they were apologetic and very friendly. Will definitely be eating there again.

First visit impressions count here. Good location, nice atmosphere and couple of oldie but goodie arcade games to by time while waiting for your food which actually wasnt too bad at all. Great food, really different choices, and local. Service sharp, modern and friendly. Lack of tables and limited seating a bit of an issue, though a reflection more of the building than the business, and maybe the quality creates crowding issues.

Had to give it a go...Chicken burger was nice with nice sauces, more bun than fillings though. Dont even bother with the tacos...absolutely disappointing...2 Chicken nuggets a bit of lettuce with a a smear of avocado...not filling at all...15$ for 2 piddly arse tacos..wish i took a photo to show.spent over 50$ here...1 x chicken buger, 4 x tacos and some chips...and 1 more thing...get another FOH person to serve...didn't smile once or thank me for my order in fact he didnt even say hi...sorry but i wont be coming back here...burger fuel is much better and has bigger portions for the same money and more personable when you get served and alot faster.. took 30 mins from order to receiving my food here aswell.

Burger buns looked like a soggy, wrinkly brain molded in plastic. I ordered a chicken burger and the chicken was really good, I also loved that it had tomato slices on it. All in all okay, but the bun exterior kinda ruins the appetite.
