Now, I am not the biggest fan of McDonald's due to past experiences with cold food, long waits and the whole area being dirty and grubby, but this experience was amazing! I didn't know how to use the self order computers but a staff member happily helped me out, once I had ordered the food arrived withing 2 minutes. And when I got back in the car to eat my burger, it was still piping hot which was a pleasant surprise. The food was delicious and my experience was amazing compared to past experiences. Would highly recommend if you want a bit of quick fast food.

Usually don’t have much to say about Maccas, thought I’d try the new mega Mac (pretty much how a Big Mac was before it got shrunk) taste was fresh / hot, quite surprising Well done guys, happy Chappy

Amazing customer service, I normally come here on the weekends. Staff always very offering to help us carry stuff, even though we walk a long way. The food average, however better than some McDonald’s.

Decent little maccas, always busy and makes orders wrong every now and then. But for how understaffed the place is, the service is always nice.

Went through drive thru, placed my order, staff showed me the total on the screen, so paid, all good, then today checked my bank account and they had over charged by $7, tried to call them , no answer, managed to get through to the Dinner Manager who was very helpful, they said sometimes their crew get it wrong, however, I did point out that the crew member had shown me the total on the screen at the window, so they must have put someone elses order on mine. Also they never put in serviettes or sauces when you go through the drive through, thats the staff laziness. Dinner Manager was very apologetic and refunded what they had overcharged.

Don't usually buy McDonald's.. but had a impulse craving to buy a filet of fish and a chocolate sundae. Staff were lovely, and food was great.

Just had my first upset with McDonals's Karaka - I understand that they are busy. but - made an order, picked it up - missing Fries. The que to go back to drive-thru is huge, tried to call them - no answer 4x times, finally phone got picked up (when I was already on my way back to work) and the quality of call was a shocker, could not hear half of conversation - anyway the staff was nice and offered to come back - but it was already too late. Next time will check the order on the spot.

As far as McDonald's go, this has to be one of the best ones. Always clean, and the food definitely is better than other Mcds.

It's my first time going to karaka McDonald's nd I usually go too Papakura nd manurewa McDonald's. I don't have much say at this time but I've given 4 stars cause the drive through was short nd the other two always long line maybe I was lucky for now. But that was good

Food was fine as you'd expect at any McDonald's, however I think their cleaners must've been on strike. The rubbish bin by the door was full to overflowing and I don't think I saw a single table that wasn't covered in the detritus of a past customer. Everything just looked really untidy. This is not the usual condition of the place, when I've visited on previous occasions there's been nothing to catch the eye, however tonight was verging on shocking. Step up your game McDonald's Karaka.

This mcdonalds is much better than other places like papakura, takanini, manurewa. The only issue i had is that they put in a lot of ice in your soft drink and also its not filled right up. Seems like somebody has taken a gulp before serving (this statement is for quantity reference only)

With kids I go to a few McDonalds, this McDonalds is my favorite. I find it incredible how often from other McDonalds simple things like the fries don't have any salt or are undercooked which tends to be first thing you eat and either makes or breaks the experience.

Best maccas I've been to in the Auckland region. Fries were perfect, nuggets were perfect. Service was fast using the touch screen menu. Was passing by and noticed newly opened McDonald's so I thought I'd give the place try. Not disappointed at all. Keep up the great service and keep the place new!

I love that the waiter priority in clearing / cleaning up tables ready for the next customer, being busy weekend with people coming back from CCT Lavender farm (some with Lavender in their hands still 🙂)
