V.I hadn't been to Canton Inn for many years until last night (16 Feb 22) after a friend told me he loves the food from here. Apart from other meals he recommended, I got the hot & spicy Ding. I got the Chicken Ding & paid $20 thinking it was expensive, but when I got home & saw what $20 got me I was impressed with the value for money.
The meal was packed with yummy tender chicken, veges, cashew nuts & a nice chili sauce. It was so nice, I rang Canton to tell them how nice my meal was & I would certainly be coming back for more. Going by my experience of my meal last night, I would highly recommend going here yourself.
Oh by the way, I found the owners welcoming and friendly.

J. G.Been here twice on a Saturday for a late lunch. Value for money. $16 large plate of chinese served on China plate with knife and fork.
D. O.Their nasi goring is one of the best, along with the beef ho fun. Steamed pork buns are too sweet for me & the ratio of bun to meat is wrong (too much bun). Probably the only Chinese smorgasbord on the Coast, good range of food in the smorgasbord + tea. Great for families & groups. Lots of tables to eat in & parking right outside.

E. B.Just needed something fast which it was but I felt like it was overpriced for what it was. Visiting the area, and with a toddler I had to go in. We only had the option of paying for the smorgasbord when we only wanted a small helping and a couple of things but it was decent enough.

I. W.Reasonably priced food and fast service. I've had some pretty nice meals from here. If you stick to the Chinese menu it's good (but not the best in the area...). I would steer clear of anything on their "fish and chip" menu though as it's a bit greasy and sub-par.
