T.Last night we ordered some pizza and when the driver arrived he was very friendly and professional to us and I highly recommend him, his name is Dylan. He provided great customer service and delivered the food fast. Thank you Dylan for the great service and great food.

A.We were pleasantly surprised by the increasing variety and new health foods (e,g. kombucha, organic milk) that Hell Pizza is offering.
Called to update our order and it was a little complicated, but they got it right.
Delivered right on time. Many items were SUPER tasty!! Whoever makes the new desserts is very creative and skilled!

K.Did an online order for 6.30 pickup, when we arrived they had somehow managed to loose our order and had to make it again from scratch. While waiting for this to be made we had to sit and listen to the 'manager??' Screem at his staff telling them to hurry up and then he come out and started taking others orders rather rudely. The food was good though and went down a treat as always.
S.We had takeout. We are American. We ate it at our family's house. The pizzas were tiny. Not the size we get at home. The toppings were excellent. There was a wonderful variety of choice on the menu. I expected enough to eat pizza for breakfast which we then call "tomato danish", but they were too tiny for leftovers. A large size was like a small pizza in America. It was a weird cultural experience. I suppose I was supposed to think things like oh, Americans are so overweight, so materialistic, bigger isn't better, etc. I'm sorry but abundance and wellbeing are tied together! More pizza please! Good pizza but bigger options!
This experience is from 5 years ago. I'm finally getting around to it. If this pizza joint has made changes since then, please excuse my review! :) It was very tasty pizza!
R.Turned up 15 minutes later than it should have and missing the kids drink. Driver was apologetic about forgotten drink but was unable to fix it as they had to go to Waikanae and were already late. Driver also stated they didn't know area or have google maps.
Had the healthy pizza. Toppings looked great and tasted fine however I think it would have been nicer if hot. Kids meals were adequate even if missing drink.
J.Tried the new Voodoo Pizza and was AMAZING. I hope they make it a regular well wirth it delivered on time and the unholy donut was AMAZING Love Hells Pizza and the Prices are well worth it.
Will be ordering again soon

H.I love Hell Pizza, so much nicer than the average Dominos or Pizza Hut, a bit more pricey but well worth it.
Got ribs tonight, first time, usually get lamb shank which is amazing!
Ribs were tough, not at all nice, sauce is great.
Rung to complain & they agreed the ribs weren't up to par, so sent me a lamb shank.
More than happy with the outcome, well done Hell Kapiti ☺
Ordered the ribs again tonight 22/10, rubbish again, management response, maybe you shouldn't order the ribs anymore. Really? Maybe you should get it right.
Not only will I not be ordering ribs anymore, I will never order from Hell again & I will make sure that everyone I know hears about my experience!
Word of mouth can make or break a business, remember that!

L.As with most Hells Pizza places, this store has great service, fantastic quality pizza, compared to the pizza hut across the road, and the flavors are great. The only sore point is the price.
