More often than not my zinger burger meat is quite dry but it's KFC and i can't resist not going unfortunately.

I'm not going to drop the 5 stars because one bad drive through because these guys are usually on point. But running out of almost everything two nights ago was slack. I'm sure it was a one time thing.

Plenty of parking. Ordered the $10.50 box and 3 peice pack. I could not finish my meal as was very generous and delicious and not overly greasy. Would buy the $10.50 box again. Did not sit in the restaurant choosing takeaway option.

Service was pretty slow. It was 6.45pm, the night before Waitangi Day and there were about 12 people waiting for food or to be served or to give their orders. Not sure why it took 20mins to get some Kai - wicked wings, smoothies and a burger. Maybe they'd just had a busy period, maybe one of their staff was on their break or hadn't turned up to work for whatever reason..... The toilet I used looked like it needed a clean. There was toilet paper on the wet floor and the floor looked like it could do with a good scrub. Some of the tables needed a wipe with a clean cloth - not one that had wiped six tables already. There are some outside tables to enjoy the last of the evening sun. I would have to be really hungry to get off SH1 for a feed of KFC here in Paraparaumu

Order Number 9319 18th March 17.22 I was greeted at the drive thru from one of the most energetic voices I have ever heard at a drive thru. The order was taken quick and precise and the greeting at the window was just as good. What a super star! The food also matched the service, hot and what you always hope a sneaky afternoon meal from kfc should be. I have noted the order number and time because I feel you should be sure to thank your team from a very happy customer. Thanks.

A 4 star because i asked for excessive seasoning on the chips and got it ! Brilliant. Most times at other KFC stores i ask for extra and get none or barely any. The reason i didnt go 5 star was i asked for a Zinger tower burger and got a normal Tower burger. Fairly quick service through drive through and they were very busy

Sometimes runs out of chicken. Or burgers. Or buns. Please KFC, keep enough in stock for your hungry customers. You'd be better off having a bit too much and needing to give it away to locals in need than losing money and customers to your fast food next door neighbours. Oh, and doesn't currently do delivery. Missing a trick there.

What struck me about my visit here today (21 Nov) was how small everything has become! I got the Boss meal deal thinking it was good value, but really it was not. Everything was so downsized....The chips, the drink & the chicken pieces were so small you'd sware they are catching the Seagulls that congregate in the carpark. Very small chicken pieces so I felt a bit ripped off & disappointed. The potatoe and gravy was so runny it was more like soup. But overall I gave it 4 stars because it tasted okay...but I was hungry. I reallly do wish KFC would bring back the old 1/4 pack with mashed spuds, peas, chicken & gravy.

Good store and location, however they do not have self service machines instore which I find odd, especially considering they did an upgrade a few years back.

It meets your expectations for a KFC. You get what you expect. The drive through is terrible though. The layout is awkward and cramped. Many cars do not realise it is a two way entry and exit because it is very narrow. Made queueing uncomfortable and stressful.

Wow this is what I call fastfood. Sky served us, happy efficient and super quick on the keys. No sooner had I finished entering my pin and half the order was packed ready to. Moved to the pick up area and there were our burgers being packed. Sky turned around giving us our order with a smile and we were out the door walking to our vehicle stunned. Everything was fresh, hot and tasty. I dont give 5 stars very often but Sky earnt those. We managed to get to the ferry terminal with 15 minutes spare up our sleeve. Now to get the South Island to learn like sky!

KFC Paraparaumu, unfortunately, is like most other KFC outlets, in that they seem to employ the least number of staff possible. This practice means much slower service, as the front line person(s) has to stop taking orders to prepare them for the customer. Although I personally old always choose KFC over Mac's for my fast food fix, I am always disappointed by the often quite long delay!!

I used to like KFC as a choice for fast food. But lately I have found every time I get food from our KFC in Paraparaumu the chips are soggy, the chicken coating on the pieces are soggy and full of oil not nice at all. The potato and gravy is nice and the little bun warm and fresh. The spicy chicken wings are lovely and crispy though. Drive through is fairly quick and of course slower during peak times.

We were served by a lovely, friendly person. The restaurant was clean, and I was impressed by (and grateful for) the new addition of a hand sanitizer pump on the wall by the restroom. The only sting in the experience was the cost. For my four children and myself, it cost nearly $81 !! And that was with redeeming a coupon from the Entertainment book! I said to the kids that we could've dined at Denny's for that - which would've included a glass of wine for me!

KFC you can't go wrong, but the chicken we had was fresh, juicy and top notch! It wasn't too busy either and our service was great from the staff!

Place was pretty messy with people not clearing their own food trays. And a bit worrying to hear a member of staff hacking their lungs out in the back. Meal was pretty good though, and serving staff friendly.

KFC Kapiti must have one of the worst service processes. They only serve 1 person at a time and go from taking the order right through to serving the food. If they don't have enough chips or chicken then they wait until the next batch is ready before completing the order and moving on to the next customer. This is OK if there is only 1 customer, but at peak time you can be waiting a very long time. The food was good though.

I think KFC needs a makeover. It hasn't changed in years and it's looking a bit rank. Paraparaumu is growing so should KFC. Other than that, the service was good, the food was KFC. If the place looked more modern I would have given 5 stars. 😊

Hey man it's KFC, what is there to say? Pretty hit and miss. Ask them to lay off the drumsticks or you'll get them by a the bucket-load. It's better than Porirua KFC though, which is bloody awful.
