Reviews of The Local
v.I went to The Local for dinner and breakfast last weekends. The food were good and the staff are friendly. You need to wait sometime for the food to be ready though but generally all good. I’ll definitely come back if I visit Pauanui again in the future.

Y.Daughter organized a Fathers Day dinner in her absence and it was delicious! Prawn pizza, Pork Bao Buns and Churros to finish. Awesome flavors and service at level 3 was great. Would recommend.

I ordered beef short Rib and I actually think it might be the best meal I have ever had in a restaurant. Was worth the price paid.
The lady serving us was friendly she had a great attitude an actually appears to enjoy her job.
The place was clean, warm an the whole experience was nice. Will definitely be back.
r.Good selection of food and drink. Tasty, well presented meals. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and reasonably priced. So good we went both nights of our holiday in Pauanui.

J.Grabbed takeaway pizza's from this place and enjoyed a few drinks outside with friend's while waiting. The staff were very friendly and attentive to us even though we were only waiting for a takeaway order. Pizza's were really nice and will go back when in Pauanui next time.
