Wow what a stunning outlook. Could sit there all day watching the marina with all the people and boats coming and going. You'd almost need it as it took over an hour and a half for a bowl of fries to turn up. The coffee was good and chips were yum when they came. :)

Always a good time at the Jolly! We rode out from Blenheim after work on a 30 degree day to cool off beside the water with some cold beer. Food is always spot on here, and we can recommend the fish, burgers, steak, nachos, and chowder! Very good value, excellent atmosphere, and friendly professional team. One of our regular watering holes.

Food was good value but service is lacking. One meal forgotten, which they were good enough to not charge for. One dessert forgotten so we abandoned it. No table service so I suspect they were understaffed. Beautiful location but they need to lockdown their service, it feels stressful.

Wow! At a loss for words how amazing my meal was at this restaurant. The seafood chowder was immaculate and it was beautiful having a classic sav (short for sauvignon blanc ;) ) while looking at the beautiful seaside views. Lovely staff and vibes all-around, an absolute must for anyone in the area!

Nice location, fun decor and good food. The chowder is fresh and delicious. Same with the crumbed Jon Dory. I wish the scallops and prawns also could be crumbed instead of battered, though. My partner couldn't stop eating the fries... crispy yet fluffy. I'd like a few more craft beer options though.

We only stopped here for a drink after walking from Picton . Right on the edge of the Marina. Beautiful, relaxing . Worth a stop .

It's such a beautiful location. Staff are friendly. Ordered a steak with pepper sauce and I love pepper sauce! Always have and some places pull it off very well but this place did not. There were so many whole peppercorns in this that it was too overwhelming not to mention the seasoning on the fries being quite peppery and spicy, so that didn't help with it at all. Don't get me wrong, I love pepper with a passion. BUT that. Nope. Too much pepper and it put me off pepper for a couple months it was that overwhelming

Location, location, location! Sitting on the waterfront of Waikawa Bay, overlooking the marina -- you can't beat it! The coffee here is great (we didn't eat so I can't speak to the food). The staff are not especially friendly, but no real complaints. We will definitely go again!

I love the fries. Be warned of rush time during dinner and lunch though. Go early. Free wifi to boot! Just ask for the password. Grab a cappucino while you're at it.

Our favourite place to go, we travel from Blenheim to Picton (26km) as the food has always been great, the scenery and atmosphere just wonderful And it is dog friendly. Blenheim is not a dog friendly place.

Apart from the delicious 'famous' seafood chowder, served inside it's own bread loaf, you also get a fabulous outlook here. As it was a sunny day we chose a table on deck, which is right on the edge of the marina, we were treated to a duck family & giant stingray cruising below the deck during our meal & the friendly staff topped off a lovely lunch, will definitely return
