I like this place. Like anywhere can get a bit nuts when busy. However the staff have always been very friendly and the food arrives amazingly fast even when busy. It’s a personal thing but I enjoy the spicy food. Plus they have bottles of sauce if you want to add your own. Decor is a bit rundown now. Could do with a refresh on the furniture but as it’s the food that counts it’s delicious.

I ordered paella which was$15 a dish is in salad menu . Generally when it says salad consists of lot of vegetables and protein they served it more rice and less vegetables not worth it in $15 when chicken portion and vegetables was too small.👎👎👎

Nice restaurant in terms of looks but multiple dirty tables with dishes left on them. Bottles of drink were just bottles, not in glasses. Very nice, laid back staff. Burgers were very good but messy and we weren't given napkins, thankful for the hand washing station. Overall, not quite as good as expected but still a solid 7/10.

Nando's chicken should not be so damn addictive, but strangely it is. Shop is well cleaned, service is prompt and polite. My go-to in Porirua when I need a fix of char grilled chicken

Nice layout, and great peri peri chicken. I went with extra hot expecting it to take the top off my head but barely raised a sweat. Try their hot Portuguese rolls, they're top notch.

I absolutely love Nandos ever since a young teenager, I've noticed the ones in waikato arnt as good as the ones in auckland that I remember going to, this place takes me back to some good memories, the lady who served me also was absolutely lovely 😊

The place is tidy, clean. Layout is functional. Not too small. The toilets were also clean and tidy and had paper towels and soap available. You can order via a QR code or website at the table and have it delivered but it's a bit of a pain, you have to sign up an account first and it still took longer than other people going up to the counter. Just stick with ordering at the counter and not bother with ordering from the table. The food was tasty, sauce bottles were full. The only gripe with this place is the front door. Trust me, it sounds silly but you've been warned. When you go through the front door be prepared for a fright. It sounds like a barking dog. We jumped Everytime someone went through it. It's loud and resonates throughout the whole building. It needs a new front door. Otherwise, good place to eat.

Use to be very good with customer service but lately it is too slow. Last time we could not even find cutlery and glasses had to ask many times until we got it. Meals were left on the pass for long. Hope to see better service.
