S. R. R.Food is always great. However it's always a super long wait there and you're left wondering what's going on until you get your food. Staff are alright, although once last year i complained about the watery hot chocolate and they said that's just how they are. Why the hell would you want a watery hot chocolate? Whoever trained you guys to make them like this should burn. Anyway, so far they have never forgotten any part of my meal. Great job guys, just stop making watery drinks 👍
C.Today's visit the staff forgot an item on the order, went back through the drive-thru and they gave us the missing item and their apologies, good service. My only complaint is when I got home my Hawaiian BK Chicken Burger was sloppy and poorly put together, otherwise great service and a lovely meal.
B. K.Every time i do the drive in order. They always get it wrong. So one day i had to go in and order. Thats not cool. I love burger king just wish they get my order right. If anyone else get fustrated when you get the wrong order give me a holla. Other than that no worries.
T. C.Was okay, order was Correct. One thing I noticed was that every time they give our drinks, it's spilled all over the cup and when you grab the drinks off them your hands are wet and sticky because of the syrup
R. W.Check your order customers! Too many times I've been given my order with something missing. I'm extra peeved off this time because 2 items were missing! Get your act together and stop ripping off your customers Burger King. I get you're short staffed but no excuses for missing items off an order list.
L. T.Dining in is a quiet experience with few people seeming to do that in this location. The tables however hadn't all been wiped down and the bathroom needed cleaning.
U. L. K. a. M.I don't know what it is about BKs around NZ but they always seem to not like thier jobs. They treat you with an abruptness that doesn't warrant a return trip.
D. W.Lovely friendly staff nice food reasonable prices toilets available highly recommend refill your drinks at no extra charge outside seating clean and tidy lovely red comfortable seats which I love TV to watch music playing great for family meals will definitely go again

n. w.The food can be hit or miss each time we go. Our boys love BK so we would go every second week as a treat. We go less now as the burgers and fries aren't always at their best. We Still love BK but i wish every time we had it, it was hot and made well.
K. R.I didn’t mind that I had to wait because they said they needed took cook the chicken bites fresh. Even though they were fresh they still were luke warm. Plus they were over cooked and dry. The staff though are friendly and the place is clean. Wish they weren’t overlooked as they don’t taste too bad.
D. W.Presentation could do with some improvement. Flavors are always great. Some days feels like theres no care in food.
H. M.the food quality is excellent, manager and staff are super friendly, wait time less than 5 minutes. My only suggestion is that the dining room needs looking after. Tables were all dirty and trash cans overflowing at 230p in the afternoon the last two times I've been, so we just left and took our food home.

J. W.Can't beat BK food. I had the plant based chicken burger and it's devine! Highly recommend. Their churros are also really nice. Occasionally the wait time is an issue but no biggie.

W. M.First experience at a Burger King in NZ. Compared to SA, it offers a larger menu including bacon, which sadly is not available in SA. The overall quality of our Whopper meal was good, however I think the buns used and overall presentation could be improved. Service was good and we didn't have to wait long for our order.
