Absolutely beautiful Burger and Great Customer Service that's memorable

Been waiting outside Carl's Jr for 40 min for a simple meal they couldn't handle me through the window..extremely poor..it may have been my pay wave.

As always I ordered my low carb vege burger with jalapeno popers at Carl's. Every single bite of my meal was so crispy-fresh and delicious. I had a very friendly service,attentive staff and good experience.

Food is always good. I go here frequently, about twice a month, always dine in. Frequently they forget an item on our order or bring out the wrong burger. They always correct the error when brought to their attention, but it's a bit tedious.

Service is good. Food is good. But was much more enjoyable with the 1/4 pound patty and 1/2 PP. Now with the one or two pattys might as well get a big mac, just one minute down the road and have my two pattys cheaper and easier.

I have had complete stuff ups of my orders in the past due to either the staff not listening or the kitchen making mistakes, they will usually be happy to fix it but occasionally you have to argue the point as if it's coming out of their own pockets. When it's good its really good, but when it's bad you wish you hadn't bothered. But I keep going back so maybe that says something.

Have been here twice now, both times have been hot, fresh food and are served within a reasonable time frame. They even went out of thier way to give me hot fresh chips when I told them I was pregnant. Will certinally be back as myself and the hubby really enjoyed it :D

There food and service is consistently ok, nothing brilliant but not bad either. If you feel like a burger and you are tired of the usuals they are worth a try. Pricing is a little on the high side for what they offer but gone are the days of cheap food.

Not the best Carl's Jr shop out there. I do like the food by Carl's Jr but from this shop it's rather disappointing. Not horrible but not stellar. Orders are accurate but food tastes like it's been sitting in the warming draw for a while.

Always enjoy the good. Very tasty. Recently got a mistake in my order but they were fantastic about fixing it and very apologetic for the mess up. Rashmin helped me in the store and she was lovely! Great customer service when it counted!
