The chicken here was lovely juicy and tender. The chips ...well kfc chips are always good. The wait was longish but hey everywhere is a waiting game nowadays. Staff were lovely even though she was busy the lady at the window still wished us a lovely evening. Got a 10 piece bucket meal... 2 chips potato and gravy a drink 10 pieces of chicken roughly $40

My daughter loves Potatoe and Gravy and Hot Chips. Pukekohe KFC are always good, food is usually always nice and hot and Chicken is cooked just right.

Delivery arrives quickly, much faster than the estimate, but food is always just average. Many many times our order has been missing things or things substituted. Mini donut balls are not as good as they sound.

Great kfc, chicken always fresh, they make the best burgers and whatever they dish out is great quality. In saying that, sometimes they're a bit slow with orders, this could just be because of Covid restrictions, limited staff, social distancing etc, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for now.

Used the drive thru and the manger on this particular day gave me attitude for her messing up my order. I was polite throughout untill she started giving me attitude. Food is ok but not always

Great place to eat out. KFC is good food for its value. Pukekohe store does get busy, so some waiting time is required. Staff were friendly and upbeat. Took my Valentine here, as agreed, she enjoyed it too. Just small change, Mango Crusher undies not have real mango chunks in it as it used to (was not for me, so I am not complaining)

Been to this place a few times, food & service was standard. Had lunch there today & honestly the place was very spotless for a change. 😊 Service was fast. & Our food tasted delicious. We will return again. Thanks.

We always found the shop to be fairly good. Quality is on par with the franchise. Service has always been great. Parking is rubbish onsite but you can park to the rear in a larger car park. We took our 2yo son who wasn’t wearing shoes and by the time we left, the soles of his feet were black from running around instore. We were a bit shocked by it. Seriously they were black. Made we wonder how often and we’ll it’s mopped out. All said and done food was good. We will keep going there 😊

They cook the chicken perfectly, not over cook or greasy, just right and not too salty. It's better then other KFC stores that I've been too. That's why there's a long que.

Good value for money compared to other fast food outlets. Service is super slow. My biggest gripe is the amount of salt. Way too much most of the time! I'll keep coming back if KFC doesn't kill me off with hardening the arteries with the salt overload. Lol Have to admit, tonight's meal was super delicious and just the right amount of salt. I highly recommend the Boneless Box Meal 😉

Just love fact that you can either dine in or take away. An I love eat there with the family. Staff are Very friendly .. Always looks tidy an clean. An you get a wide range of different meals. From healthy to just yum.. Love there chicken..

I will always love kfc! But I recommend you check your orders before you drive off . Several times I've driven off then realised that they left a few things out. They should also get rid of the pole in the drive through when you drive out !

The chicken wasn't too dry and cooked properly which I liked really well. Only thing that minded me was the parking area as there wasn't much space, and the long queue we had to spend time in, this outlet is too busy with only fewer staff to take orders.

Not a great experience. Food is ok, not KFC quality I am familiar with. The Gravvy is tasteless. Previously there was no bacon for our Double Down Bacon Lovers Hash. So we were asked to add a hash brown instead... agreed. Got home, 1 had no extra hash brown the other; had none whatsoever. Next time we'll spend the extra 10mins to drive to Bombay KFC as we heard better reports.

Reviews are taxing at the best of times and draining at the rest. So, to make the effort is almost validation enough. Anyway, I estimate that I have had issue(s) with my orders 80% of the time. Mostly it's an incorrect order or poor customer service. On rarer occasions product quality was an issue. Today it was mostly the latter. Around 4 pieces at the bottom of the bucket had very little skin on them. And, on most of the others the coating was floury. We rang back later on and, to their credit, they offered to replace the skinless peices.

Not somewhere I would go again. Went last night with a group of people and each person who ordered something wasnt right. Nearly gave me the wrong size fries. Others had no bacon in their burgers and had to go back and ask for it to be put in. The staff were okay in attitude but would expect for better service

Service has improved over the years from what was most certainly one of the worst KFC's on earth to one that provides reasonable service and reasonable food. Sure they get your order wrong very often but this can be mitigated through double checking your order. When you order through the drive through you will never get a napkin or spoon with your order either. I'm not familiar with exactly how KFC is cooked but find it strange how at some KFC's the chicken is not greasy but at others like Pukekohe the chicken is swimming in oil. The burgers are the least greasy thing on the menu. All in all they are ok as far as K fry goes.

For the occasional grease-fest you'll enjoy the food here, always fresh and the staff are always nice. They get slammed at peak meal times so to avoid a long wait, make sure you visit in between standard meal times.
