In general a very good McDonald's, rarely get the order wrong and drive through is very fast service. Sometimes chips are underfilled.

The drive-thru lady may have been having a bad day. I asked for the wrong thing and when I changed it she was quite terse. I hate drive-thru at any McDonalds at the moment because something always goes wrong and the menu board is rubbish 😂

Something really special about this place: - They hire disabled people, - They value diversity - Low staff turnover - I noticed some workers have been working here for a very long time - Customer service is always great which means staff is happy working here - Drive through is managed efficiently Love coming here💓

Maccas (McDonald's) has something for everyone. I had the classic big mac combo which tastes as good as ever. There's a playground for the kids and good coffee selections are also available. The drive thru is easy to find and there's also plenty of parking out front. Kids menu also there, breakfast menu before 10:30am.

Last night we went through the drive- thru and had to wait for our food in the car park. When we got home we saw our order got mixed up with someone else's. Things happen and people make mistakes - not one of us can say we're perfect, so no problem. I gave them a call and everything was resolved with no questions or issues. The burgers were fresh and tasted great. Good service makes a good business, but good after-care makes a business exceptional. Thank you Puke team for your super service!

Well is a quarter pounder actually a quarter pounder anymore. Why are happy meals more expensive. Burgers are smaller than they have ever been. I don't bother eating here myself nothing has improved for the value. But for some reason my children like it. You get better value for money dining at the Thoroughbred Sports Bar And a family restaurant.

We come here because the service is normal spot on and food is always fantastic. But we have notice that they can no longer serve you and u have to use the self service now that's a bit stink... then we received our order and had to go ask for our drink then find the burgers not how we asked. But they went out of there was to fix the problem so not all bad. But were is the friendly smile and face to face service.

Mcdonald's is Mcdonald's ok for a quick feed nothing really special! Fries are always cold by the time I get home! Burgers always look better in the picture then the real things!!

As far as McDonald's goes, quite typical. Drive through service is fairly efficient and every time I've been there I've never had to wait too long. As far as eating in goes it's kept fairly clean, you generally won't find leftover rubbish on the tables. Nothing amazing of course, personally I prefer to spend a little more money and dine at say Burger Fuel for a nicer, more quality experience. Excellent for a quick bite on the way home from work.

Not too bad. Gave them $100 for 2 combos wee hours of the morning Sunday just gone? Did not recieve my change however left as needed to feed bf baby who decided it was time to eat as soon as we got to drive thru so completely forgot till Monday when it was too late:/ no receipt was given either.

I can see this place now showing signs of new owner not keeping on top of things. Toilet flushing knobs hanging off wall. Walls not clean. Door from toilet badly needing painting. Chips on floor and generally floor needs swept. Fish burger stacked poorly so handed back. This was the best MacDonalds in the country but sadly not now.

3 star most days but a 5 on the odd occasion, had alot of orders from here that have had missing items I've payed for and some very stingy low quality meals besides that, the food is usually pretty fast and satisfying, would highly recommend the mc cafe in there, always had really nice service and decently fast, plus they're coffees are amazing, give them a big thumbs up for that, also the snack in the open cabinet are delicious

Food is always McDonald's standards. It's a go-to when we can't decide what we want to eat. The only issue that I have is they have taken out the ketchup and fries spices one normally gets and even after asking for ketchup when I got home they neglected to add this once again... So let's see the next time we go there I'll ask when placing the order and NOT the staff packing the food...

Day staff are always great, night staff are another story. Someone on the night shift verbally abused my sister in law, which i thought was a bit pathetic. We will be placing a complaint with the manager of this store. BUT, the day staff. They always, always salt the chips perfectly. I know that's such a little thing when it comes to maccas, but they honestly know how to make the perfect maccas chips! They're also really nice usually, and have a good attitude. I've also never had an order that's come out wrong, through drive through. I always check to make sure, but they're always spot on. Cheers Puke Maccas!

Great service and fast processing of order from ordering box to payment and collection. Teally happy that McDonald's has pay wave. KFC, Gull station and anyone else not on pay wave you need to upgrade or get left behind

This is the best McDonald's you will find. They take pride in how they craft their buyers and serve your meal. They have made ordering easy with their giant touchscreen menu. I do not like how it is always crowded but I guess everybody else loves this place too.

Staff at Pukekohe McDonald's were very friendly. Lovely place to eat in. Nice and clean and the 2 young ladies that served me were very delightful young ladies 1 was from the McDonalds side and the other lady was from the cafe side. Will defiantly be back and will tell others.
