As soon as i walked in i was welcomed by a friendly host. The staff were polite and attentive. Service is on point. Had the seafood chowder the seasoning was quite lite but still well above average non the less. I also had the lambshanks for my main, one of the better lambshanks i've had. The glazed carrots that came with it was 😙👌. Overall it was a great experience and good food. Would give it 12/15

Amazing! After having 2 restaurants having to shut down due to covid we thought it would be something homemade back at the room then we found this place. The staff were amazing and chatty even though they were so busy. The meals were huge! The presentation was superb. Well worth having a meal here. Great job guys :-)

A bit inconsistent with their steaks. Both my husband and asked for medium rare. His was cooked perfectly and mine looked and tasted as if it was reheated and definitely more on the way to a medium to well done. The kids enjoyed the kids menu and my husband enjoyed his steak. Service was pleasant. I noticed the ribs being served. Will come back to try that next time. Might give them another chance with the steak too.

Delicious food (including the BEST ribs ever!!!) We were also served by a super lovely waitress called Angel. She was so bubbly and cheerful, she just made our evening that much more enjoyable :) Keep up the amazing work!

The best meal we had in all of Queenstown ! After a bad experience across the road we were excited to try this place out! It was so good we ended up going 2-3 times over our trip of 5 days! All Staff was really nice, helpful & knowledgeable about the area. Especially our main sever Matt! Meals and came out speedy every time even when busy! 10/10 would go back!

It's a pub with good quality pub food. They had a two for one steak deal the night I was looking for dinner. That would have been nice but i was alone. They wouldn't allow me half price for one. However the beef and beer pot pie was excellent. The accompanying mashed spud nearly cold. Need to order vegetables on the side. I needed food. I got it. It was okay.

Had dinner there and the dishes are delicious. The side dish (pumpkin and sprouts) is good and a little sweet. The hot drinks (lemon & ginger, black currant) are very good.

We were recommended this restaurant and it certainly didn't disappoint. Our waitress was bubbly, welcoming and very personable.....and she was the same with all other tables that I witnessed her serving. The meals were next level - I thoroughly recommend the 450gm ribeye on the bone!! Other staff were very attentive, apologising for the wait on our meals which was actually no wait at all considering what we ordered. Can't wait to get back to Queenstown and visit Brazz again!!

I just couldnt choose weather i wanted steak or ribs and bam they had a rib and steak combo. The kids meals were a hit with my lot. Great feed for a great price all round. And they serve Monteiths 😍 Great service and great atmosphere.

Overall experience was great, staff were lovely. My brother had the Rib Fillet steak and he really enjoyed it, Mrs had the salmon and she also said it was tasty. I had the full rack of ribs, the sauce was a nice tangy/spicy bbq sauce which I loved and the meat fell off the bones. Only negative would be that the chef didn't peel the membrane of the underside of the ribs before cooking.

Cobb salad and Caesar salad. The cobb salad has generous serving of protein and crispy bacon bits. Onion rings are nice not oily. We went back in second day , for the cobb salad and entrée.

we ordered the ribs and nibs to share with an entree of calamari, the serving sizes are very generous. The calamari was alright just a bit soggy, the chicken nibbles were delicious and the ribs were nice but the sauce was a bit spicy and sweet so I'd struggle to eat their big rack, perfect for a meat eater who doesn't mind a hint of spice tho. Not badly priced for the serving sizes.

We came here for breakfast. There aren't that many options to choose from but they have your regular cafe style breakfast options. They have a nice vegetarian breakfast option listed on the menu which a lot of places do not list. The food is really fresh and very tasty. It is quite filling and decent serving sizes for the cheap prices. Really good experience at this restaurant for breakfast. Drinks are good too.

I really feel ashamed for forgetting the name of the girl who served us on our last night in Qtown. The food and drinks were great but the service was just astonishingly superior to any place I have ever been to! The whole team really made an effort from sitting our group and looking after our fussy bunch! We came on Friday night and were the last to leave. Please give my regards to the team.

Spent the morning looking for somewhere to eat. Only place locally that has amazing food thats well worth what you pay for. The waiter was extremely nice and greeted us when we walked in and checked up on us asking if we needed anything. Ordered the eggs benedict with pulled pork and it was amazing! Shoutout to this place for making a damn good breakfast for me and my mates. Service topped it off!

A group of us went for the $10 breakfast. The Service was amazing. The clearing of our plates was done by management which further enhanced our experience as well giving valuable information to the management directly due to the interaction between the management and the customers.

This place serve one of the best baby back ribs outside the USA. If you are a fan of baby back ribs, then this place is a must for you. Ordered the steak and ribs. Steak was cooked perfectly and taste awesome while the ribs is great as always. A must visit for me everytime I visit Queenstown.

Its ok, we waited like 40mins for our meal nothing spectacular, wasnt very busy & hubby asked for the steak, with a sauce, all he got for his $37 was a steak, small bowl of chips and tiny (old 50 cent size) pot of sauce.. then we found out /noticed after we left that we were charged for the sauce as well!

Hands down, one of the best meals I've ever had. I had the rib eye steak with garlic prawns, wow. Soooo good, the chef knows how to cook a good steak! Chips were also delightful!

The steak was very high quality however the experience was somewhat spoiled when it was served just over raw (I ordered medium rare and my wife ordered medium well). To be fair our waitress acknowledged that the meat was seriously undercooked immediately and quickly rectifed the situation. Our replacement meal was tasty and cooked to perfection.

Good place to eat. Front of house are lovely and attentive, I was waiting for my husband to park the car and the lady asked if I'd like to order for the little one which I thought was fantastic. Orders came out faster than expected +1. I had the sirloin w/mash Med - cooked, rested and seasoned well, probably the only thing missing was a bit of greens or even carrots. There is an option to add for an additional $8 however. But this girl needed that $8 for dessert LOL Hubby had ribs cooked perfectly and the BBQ sauce is great not to sweet, with the meat pulling off and the little guy had the kids ribs which he loved! The staff were really friendly continuously checking up on us and the food was delicious. The place is very spacious. We were a party of 3 adults and 1 baby. Their high chairs were an actual high chair that you would buy for yourself. It was sturdy enough and looked clean. We ordered: Scallops appetizer Venison hotpot French onion soup Mac & Cheese main dish with added mushrooms I only tried the venison hotpot and I thought it was a little on the salty side but the thin pastry layer on top of it all was amazing. Half the bowl had venison while the other half had mashed potatoes. The venison was tender enough and my daughter greatly appreciated it. She also liked the scallops. I thought they were good, slightly overcooked. Didn't smell like the sea and the texture was about right. The staff was helpful and friendly. They were most helpful at the beginning and when they brought out our meals. Afterwards, they kind of forgotten about us as we were the only group in that section and behind a corner wall.

We went there without booking so we had to wait 20 minutes at the bar before sitting in the restaurant area (nothing to say, I can totally understand that). The only thing that didn't make me too happy was that we had to wait more than 40 minutes after we ordered to get our food. I think it'd have been nice to get something to eat in the meanwhile (bread, chips or things like that). I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the good music. The food was okay.

I had the lamb rack which was sublime but they didn't have any wheat beers for some reason so one star dropped for that. They were very good hosts though and accommodatedour larger group with no notice. We had a lovely German waitress who took care of us.

Nice food - garlic bread was great, original ribs with their chips were nice (excellent seasoning on the chips). The sweet chilli sauce that came out with the garlic bread was really good with the chips. The El Diablo cocktail was good - a bit heavier on the cucumber flavour than I expected (not having tried an El Diablo before) but well worth a try. New York Cheese Cake was excellent. Maybe a stronger cream cheese flavour than usual but definitely not in a bad way. Service was great for most of the meal, questions about food options answered happily - but did have to ask for the desserts menu after waiting for a while. Service was fast again after that. They also offerred to pack up the left over garlic bread to take away which they were explicitly not obligated to allow under a First Table booking, so that was really nice =) Overall very good experience.

Really tender and delicious lamb shank. In part we came to Queenstown to support local. So do you think Brazz could support local by having one beer from a local brewery on tap? I don't mind drinking Monteith's but I do like beers that have been brewed just down the road.

It was easy and quick to get reservations - it was literally just a phone call away and reservations for 6pm were sorted for 5 adults, a 3 year old, and a grizzly 6 month old. Even when we turned up half an hour earlier as said children were getting hungry, we were seated almost immediately. There are menus located on the outside of the restaurant to tempt and tease into coming in. Of course, that was an easy choice as it was getting cold and the indoor fireplace was lit and ready by the time we sat down. The waiter and waitress were also helpful and quick to get our orders and happy to comply with our numerous requests for side plates, condiments, and water top ups. I ordered myself the salmon which was beautifully plated and Instagram-ready - foodies take note! The salmon was done slightly rare in the middle which meant tender and flavourful with every forkful. The rest of the family shared a steak and ribs combo platter which was enough for two. Ribs were delightfully soft and fell off the bone into a melt-in-your-mouth experience. Toilets were clean - a must for me with any restaurant experience - and the bill was handled discreetly and efficiently. This is my second time dining here and I only regret not posting this review sooner. Gorgeous restaurant, got a bit dark as the night progressed and it felt as though we're were having one of those dining-in-the-dark experience, but would definitely come back for the food again and wonderful service again. Five stars.

Average pub fare, had the lamb shank (30 dollars) fairly standard, food was warm rather than hot. Wife had the onion soup (15 dollars), found strange bits, presumably croutons, at the bottom of the oversized mug it was served in. Would be better off going across the road to "1876" where house wine is 6 dollars a glass as opposed to minimum of 10.5 dollars for the wine in Brazz.

Very energetic and helpful staff. I had the ribs and they were perfectly cooked and the sauce had a bit of heat which I really enjoyed. Good selection of beer as well.

Both me and my wife are considering that a 5 star rating for this place is not enough! Therefore, we would like to add another 2 stars for the lovely ladies who made our day brighter (Kirsty and Fiona) and another 3 stars for the chef Armelle who really made us consider the thought of staying here and trying everything on the menu!!! Had a great meal. Took wife and her elderly father. My wife had the ribs and wings, the ribs were meaty and tender. Her Dad and I had the blue cod, battered for me, oven-baked for her Dad. The only slight let-down was the coleslaw on wife's plate was tired and dried out. Overall 4 stars for the meal, 5 stars for the service. We will go again.

Never had to wait for a table here. We’ve been travelling during the snow season and hit up BRAZZ three times. The staff are always friendly and happy to accomodate any requests. I’ve had the baby back ribs and the carbonara, both exceptional! Pasta was creamy and tasted good! (Hard to get a good carbonara at a restaurant) Baby back ribs were cooked perfectly and fell right off the bone with a delicious bbq sauce. Between my last trip and this one, I’ve been here probably ten times and have never had a bad experience.
