I was living in town, so never more came here. Today, after 3 years, I came and had great service. Smiling, friendly and polite workers handling my order. Congrats guys. Your smile and friendly faces made the difference. The pizza in the picture doesn't seem so nice because I turned the box to run from the rain. But it was delicious, fresh and fluffy as I order a pan crust.

Ordered pizza from here in January while on holiday. The staff were friendly but went to far when he handed me my pizza by saying 'may I tell u that u look lovely today'. I felt so awkward and feel he was being sarcastic. Got to our destination in Cromwell to find I had been given the wrong Pizza base, Sorry but I won't be going back

Always so good to me here. Even fixed the mistake I made myself when ordering recently. It's hard to find a fast food place that is reliable and accommodating to vegans. Always Frankton, even if I'm right in town. 🤗💖🌻

Did NOT like the Cheesy Garlic Bread. Hardly any cheese or any flavor. I don't know if this is a problem with the franchise or the batch or source.

I am visiting from South Africa. We ordered 5 xtra large pizzas. There were only two ladies working in the shop, which was relatively busy at the time. I thought we would have a long wait, but how wrong I was. Within 15 minutes we were out of there and enjoyed the very delicious immaculate pizzas prepared by these two capable ladies. They really amazed me, for besides taking orders, preparing the pizzas they also had to attend to a delivery truck delivering products to the shop. Well done ladies!! Great experience with the staff named Eva. Ordered pizza as a delivery. Missed out the delivery for the first time after she came to deliver it in the chilly night. Called them again. She came back and hand over me my pizzas. Beautiful & hard working girl ever met. 5* for her. 👍

Cant say much about pizza there pizza are more or less similar everywhere. But the service specially Delivery service is damn good. I was starving and had to order pizza just 10min before they close. They took the order and also delivered on time. I was so thankfull and so happy when I got the food.

Pizza ok. Waited for ages. Customers services made contact after a post and then couldn't find anything regards their request for information, couldn't track the correspondence they initiated. To be fair dont think the customers service people could find their way out of a paper bag. Dokinoes off the pizza list now due to their incompetent customer service crew.

Was really busy and all orders were late out. Pizza was good though.

Very busy store. Pizza was very haphazard with ingredients but the pizza was delish. Wings were not the flavor I ordered and consisted of ALL drummettes except two. So eight drummettes and two wingettes! Service was fairly prompt.

Only place that's open till late. served by Samantha on late Monday evening. It was quite busy and She was alone by herself and still managing with serving cooking taking orders etc. Awesome. Great pizza's always.

The pizza prep area was rather messy with various ingredients on the surrounds and mixed up. The team were, however, reasonably efficient although there was a couple of times I saw them looking for more boxes.
